  • "Repairs and replacements needed."

The property could d with a facelift

  • "PROS. Great accommodation in a perfect location, 30 seconds from seafront, comfortable, never used any cooking facilities because we always ate out, problem with shower and smoke alarm but was sorted out, although we lost almost a day of our holiday waiting for plumber and electrician but hey ho these things happen, the hosts are new to the holiday letting so I'm sure things will improve, Lea, the host came to see us to apologise which was nice, (and she's gorgeous) lol."

CONS. TV could do with improvement, only 10 channels and no BBC at all and a lot of picture loss, also could not connect to Internet via laptop, overall a great place to stay, and the weather was extremely hot. Good luck to Julien and Lea.

and how well equipped. they were really close to where we lived and the town center and all facility's and close enough to drive to some of the major attractions that we have in the area. This was the 2nd time we have use your cottages and could not fault them. Thank you Mrs Palmer.

  • "The accommodations offered all of the comforts of home along with some extra touches that we didn’t expect like a great selection of films and games in case the rain interferes."

Nice little extra. The downstairs lighting needs a bit of attention as the lights tended to flicker. The location is prefect for those wanting easy access to the facilities. Plenty of things to do nearby and we didn’t struggle for things to do for the week. I’d highly recommend a day boat on the boards. Over all a great break. Thanks.

Thank you for your lovely feedback. We are pleased to hear you had a great time. We have taken your feedback into account and had an electrician checking the downstairs lights. Property Owner

  • "On the positive side, the property is in a great location."

The central heating works well and there were plenty of books, dvds and puzzles. On the negative side, the two double beds were very uncomfortable, the mattress in the front bedroom was just not fit for purpose. To pay good money on a holiday and not get a decent night's sleep is not much fun. The lighting level downstairs is poor. There are not enough cereal bowls. The sofa is low, which is fine for some but not for all. It does not seat 5 adults which is the stated capacity of the house.

Thank you for your feedback and sorry for the late reply. I did not know I could reply until today. We have taken into account what you said and had an electrician checking all the lights downstairs and changing bulbs for stronger ones. We also bought a brand new mattress for the king bed and cereal bowls. As for the sofa, it is brand new, and when we bought it, they said it could seat 5 people, but the corner space is indeed a bit tiny. We are now looking into buying an armchair. Again, many thanks. One of the windows leaked.
