• "Positives = lots of games for children, kitchen well supplied, plenty of towels."

  Great views from conservatory of wildlife. Neutral = was warning re busy road but didn't realise how noisy in front bedroom Negative= Had great reviews re cleanliness but cleaner must have had bad day in our experience e.g kettle covered in limescale in and out, we bought new one and left there, so many cobwebs and dust I could write in it on lamp stands and bed head! I hoovered and dusted twin room on arrival it was so badly covered in cobwebs in and outside wardrobe. Very stained blanket on single bed, cereal and sticky marks under dining room chair cushion seats. Weird smell in toilet and back toilet sink stained on arrival. Drawers and skirting boards all need a good wipe as does bench in garden. I bought anti bac wipes, a kettle and duster myself and sorted most things that bothered me. To be fair to the owner I did not call and ask them to address issues as we didn't want the disruption of strangers being in/out. I realise most reviews have been excellent, hence maybe just a one-off bad day for whoever was doing the cleaning, and we were unlucky. (Enjoy the new kettle. The old one still works but badly needs limescale removing).

• "Spent a lovely week at Woodview."

  The property was exactly as described and was very comfortable with all the amenities you could want for a break away from home including a very well equipped kitchen. As described by the owner, the road is surprisingly busy for a B route but that did not spoil our enjoyment of the property. It is surrounded by fields and open space which is great. It might be useful to have a light or sign on the roadside to help those arriving after dark perhaps. The steps to the main entrance would benefit from a handrail as they are a bit steep and those less mobile might find them a struggle. The weather that week was perfect, sunny and mild so thanks for organising that too. Highly recommended.

• "It's a lovely property, clean and tidy, with a well-equipped kitchen and handy for lots of local attractions."

  I could happily have stayed longer. The weather was fantastic for March which made the south-facing conservatory a wonderful space. As per the listing, the property is on a road - a road that can be busy at times - but this didn't detract from a fantastic, four-night stay.

• "Woodview cottage is in an excellent location and is a great base to drive around the northern part of Norfolk."

  It provides easy access to local villages and towns and is close by to wonderful national trust houses and gardens. The nearby town of Cromer has access to a safe beach and a variety of supermarkets and cafe's.

  The bungalow was well presented and provided us with all that we needed for a successful holiday. The location was perfect as there was plenty to do in the area. The garden was perfect to relax in and eat outside in the evening. Don't change a thing many thanks . Paul and jenny .

  Loved the big fluffy towels. Very quiet location and loved the views from every room. Shower very good and beds very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen with very everything we needed.

  .. when we arrived the property was very cold (maybe use the Hive to set the temperature on change over day?). The dining area/ conservatory could do with a heater - if the sun didn't come out it was cold.

• "Lovely property in a good location for coast and shops."

  Excellent facilities and very comfortable beds. Although on a fairly busy road, it was quiet indoors. Only recommendation we would make would be for a mirror across the road to assist pulling out of the driveway. Very limited visibility from the right particularly if you have a car with a long bonnet. Overall we would highly recommend this property.

• "Fabulous property, in easy reach of Cromer and Sheringham."

  Property very well laid out, in the terms of a great space in the porch with a lovely Chalk board from the owners, Karen, giving you info on what's on and the local weather. Cromer Carnival was on, whilst staying in the property. The sleeping and living area's were lovely with a great extra space in the conservatory, which over looks fields. Property was very Clean, everything you need, including all cooking utensils, Towels big and soft, Fabulous wood burner for the winter months (though it was not used in August !) Lovely enclosed garden with patio and lawn, enclosed Fish Pond, and with garden furniture. The only draw back is being very close to the main road, 40 mph, Other than that a very nice property in a great location !! Host, Karen was on hand from day 1 and all questions were answered within in a few minutes. Thank you to the owners for a wonderful stay, and the lovely touch of Coffee Tea & Biscuits on arrival.

• "Lovely cottage."

  Great location. Very well equipped. Cleanliness of shower disappointing had to clean plug hole as water wasn't going away and shower head dirty. Apart from that we all had a lovely holiday. Thanks

• "Had a great time at the bungalow everything we needed and it was comfortable."

  Only one drawback was because of the weather, eating in the conservatory at the only dining table was very uncomfortable with the heat. Apart from that, fully recommend it. Thank you to the owners.
