It was only four nights but we really appreciated the comprehensive facilities provided and we couldn't think of anything else that the hosts could add to enhance the experience. The property is exactly as described on the site. The photos of the house are also accurate. We cycled from Oak Tree House along a network of quiet country lanes. As a bonus, we were able to securely store our bikes in the garage. The Welcome basket was also gratefully appreciated!

Lovely house . Spacious and clean Loved the games room for a afternoon nap Kitchen amazing. Lovely to sit outside . Immaculate thru out Graham ( our host ) very helpful with oven ! Tips for our next stay : soap and shower gel holders in showers and usb sockets for charging phones/ i pads We had a fantastic time . "The house is beautiful, modern and really well laid out."
Had everything we needed and more. The only real feedback we thought may be useful was potentially having another chair in the lounge so that 6 people could sit in there. Outside of that it was brilliant. We also visited the beauty salon on site which was excellent.

"This was our first visit to Oak Tree House but it won't be our last."
Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The lovely hamper to welcome us was very nice and much appreciated. It's a new and spacious property in a good location for the Broads and the coast. We've stayed in lots of self-catering over the years and Oak Tree House is up there with the best.
