  • "In all our years of holiday rentals, over fifty self catering in the UK."

These chalets are the best we have ever encountered. The beds are wonderful, everything was clean. Everything is first class, nothing cheap and nasty. Sofa very comfy, smart TV. Dishwasher, all perfect. The owner is extremely pleasant and helpful when needed. Little extras like tea, coffee, sugar, dishwasher tabs, towels, tea towels, heating and hot water, so important to us as hubby suffers with raynauds disease. Plenty of parking. All in all a terrific holiday rental.

Thank you so much for your lovely review. We are so pleased you were happy with the chalet and it had everything you needed. Your comfort is very important to us and we hope we ill see you again soon. Kind regards Nadine Property Owner

  • "The Chalet was in a good position for beach, a pub n fish n chips."

.good parking and did have fairly good kitchen n cook facilities. However, it is the smallest accommodation we stayed with Sykes for 4 adults. Double bedroom was small as was the twin… fortunately all of us are not rotund people n just about able to get round the furniture. Little room for storage so we pushed all luggage under beds. Dining table position in limited space meant the bathroom access always blocked when all 4 seats used. Inadequate sets of cutlery for 4 persons especially when one set in the dishwasher.. we had to handwashing too. We would rather pay to have more space n an extra toilet because someone is always desperate for the toilet when the only one is occupied…

  • "A clean, well-equipped and generally comfortable chalet in a quiet location."

It eas lovely to have the beach so close. Our only quibble was that the double bed mattress was very soft and for us didn't provide good back support. As there were just the 2 of us we ended up using the much firmer twin beds instead.

  • "Beautiful modernised chalet."

The layout and size are exactly as in the pictures. Comfortable beds, plenty of soft towels, lots of heaters if it’s chilly, fully equipped kitchen, including microwave, a dishwasher and (bonus) a cafe tier and tea pot. No washing machine, as stated, but a handy clothes line at the back - pegs provided too. TV was easy to work. Five minute walk to beach, the cafe / arcade / shop, The Ship, and The Chippy. Great location. Thank you. Mundesley is an old favourite for us and we had a lovely stay. This trip, we found (and loved) Summer SUP paddle board rental at Coltishall. Great fun paddle boarding on the peaceful river there.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We are so glad you had a lovely holiday. As stated in the information, due to the size of the chalet Dell 11 does not have washing machine but we do have two bigger properties, Dell 1 and Royal 8 that have a washing machine. we hope we will see you again in the future. kind regards Nadine Property Owner
