"Overall we had a good experience at this accommodation however there are a few minor and inexpensive improvements that would make things better for guests."
- There was no dishcloth in the kitchen and only 1 tea towel. - The sink on the left in the kitchen is leaking. - There was only one hand towel in the bathroom - we expected at least 2. - The doors upstairs are difficult to close and stick. - It would be good to have a decent mirror in the twin bedroom. - The baby/dog gate at the top of the stairs is very narrow and difficult to negotiate - the gate at the bottom of the stairs was much better. - The grass was very long and some weeds over a foot high - not easy to clear up after your dogs when you can’t find it! - The TV had no terrestrial stations so had to use Apps which weren’t very user friendly.

"We were lucky with the weather and had sun every day, so the outside patio with the table and chairs were well used."
A good holiday cottage, on a small complex. Nice features are the outside space and good bath with overhead shower. Nicely equipped, specially the kitchen. The owners had left a welcome package with biscuits, snacks, tea bags and other goodies. The only criticism would be the doors don't shut properly without a hefty push. A small adjustment to the catches would be welcome so the doors can shut easily.

"Lovely cottage in peaceful location."
Close to beaches and the Norfolk Broads. Very nice property full of amenities for a relaxing stay. On-site bookable pool was an added bonus for the children. Thankyou for welcome gifts, they were very well received. We would definitely recommend a break at the Ostlery.

"This is the first time our family have decided to take a short break at a cottage in Norfolk, we are all delighted at the whole experience from start to finish."
The cottage is lovely and we are looking to book again very soon.

"What a fantastic, gem of a holiday home."
Perfect for our family of four, including our two little daughters, aged 1 and 6. Clean, spacious, plenty of light, thoughtful hamper of treats as a warm welcome, prompt and friendly help on hand whenever we needed it, excellent location for days out to the beach (Cromer, Sea Palling etc) and comfortable beds. It was brilliant to be opposite a swimming pool that we could hire exclusively for 1 hour at a time (chargeable but worth it!). Lots of memories made and I would highly recommend it for a holiday by the Norfolk coast in a relaxing, rural location. Thank you!
Thank you for your feedback and I am pleased you enjoyed your stay at the Ostlery. Property Owner
