Leading through into the living/dining room, settle onto the sofa in front of the TV and relax with a glass of wine beside the woodburning stove.

There is also another sitting room where you can snuggle up in front of the open fire and enjoy a movie night with the family.

The back garden area is fully enclosed, so children and pets can explore the grounds in safety.

On warm days, fire up the brick-built BBQ and savour a tasty lunch on the patio area with outdoor seating, plus there is a tree swing and the huge lake is ideal for watersports and jet skiing.

The North Norfolk coast is also less than 20 miles away.

When it’s time to rest, drift upstairs to the three bedrooms, including two doubles and a twin, served by a bathroom.

The views from this upper level are fantastic - you can see for acres across field and tree lined areas.
