• "This was my second visit to Cobblers barn and it didn’t disappoint."

  The weekend was booked for us to relax and we did. It was like home from home with everything set right. The property has a fully fitted out kitchen and the hosts added the extra special touches of tea, coffee sugar, filter coffee, biscuits and crisps. Not forgetting the freshly home baked bread butter and milk. The home was nicely decorated with a Christmas tree and subtle decorations. Soft Towels and bedding provided and separate towels for the hot tub. The weather was not on our side as storm Bert landed so no walks were had nea the property. We did manage on the Sunday get to nearby Horsey beach to see the seals pupping. I. Intend to return as it is such a loverly spacious home to rent out with either friends, family or just me and my partner.

• "Everything you could want and more!"

  We had an amazing week at Cobblers Barn, the facilities are excellent, the host was amazing, even sending instructional videos on how to use all of the appliances including the hot tub. The Barn is spotless and absolutely beautiful inside and out. Ideal for those with limited mobility with everything you needed in an open plan ground floor setting. My Dad uses a rollator and easily got around everywhere. Honestly can’t say enough good things about this places. Lots of personal touches including a welcome pack and some delicious home made bread. Sarah you’ve thought of everything, thank you for making it a wonderful experience ☺️

• "Cottage was perfect, everything we needed and lovely and cosy, the hot tub was a bonus."

  Our heighlights were hiring a picnic boat for the day on the Broads. Lovely fish & chips from Nippy Chippy. Day out at Wroxham & Wroxham Barns, and a Lovely carvery at King Arms at Ludham. • "After over 20 years of holidaying in this type of property (average 3 times a year) Cobblers Barn is easily the best place we have stayed."

  The barn was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It is clear the owners have furnished and equipped the barn as if it were for themselves to live in and despite trying very hard to find something that we would have done differently or added we could not find fault. Massive amounts of storage space and more equipment than we could ever need were provided and the little touches like the welcome pack with fresh bread, butter and milk etc. along with the personally named welcome letter set this property apart. The communication from our hosts was excellent both before and during our stay and nothing was too much trouble for them. The location provided an excellent place from which to explore both the Norfolk Broads and the coast and the Type 2 EV charge point and and 4 handy recycling bins in the kitchen were welcome additions. We very rarely visit the same property twice but this place is already down on our list to return to at some point in the near future.

• "A unique gem of a property."

  Very tasteful decor and spotless and well equipped with everything we could wish for. The hosts were extremely helpful and we were provided with very detailed, concise instructions about the property and its facilities/appliances before we got there which we found very useful. This property is well situated and accessible to attractions we wanted to visit and had the added bonus of a hot tub and a EV charging point which was essential for us having an EV. • "What a wonderful holiday home."

  Everything you could possibly need is there, including hot tub to relax in after your day out. Hosts are very welcoming and go out of their way to make sure everything is as you would want it to be. A perfect location to explore the numerous attractions the area has to offer. Supermarket, restaurants, fish and chips and boat hire all in walking distance from Cobblers barn. Would highly recommend.

  Cobblers Barn ticked every box for our family of 5 - spacious, extremley comfortable, high spec.. nothing was too much for the host, Sarah - she made us feel at home instantly, and made such an effort with the Christmas decorations. Stunning! An amazing place to stay, perfect for switching off and getting away from everything. Santa even managed to find us, so our boys were happy!!

• "Had a wonderful time."

  The place was immaculate and everything we needed, so many nice touches - home baked bread, butter, jam, all the condiments you could imagine. The welcome pack was nice too. The house has been renovated so well, and it's beautifully furnished. And the hot tub was a nice bonus. The location is really well placed to reach so many beautiful sights. The seals on the local beach were fantastic. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Our only disappointment was not meeting Jake and Elwood, the owners cats :-)

  Easy access to many attractions, sights and a countryside full of really genuine people. The facilities and fittings in the property are not only of a high quality but are very comfortable and give you a feeling of warmth, coziness and homeliness, a credit to the owners taste and practicality. The peace and quiet is to be experienced to be believed, particularly for those of us who are deemed to be 'townies'. If only we could all live like this. • "A superb, large barn conversion in a quiet location."

  The barn was spacious, well equipped and extremely clean with quality fixtures and fittings. We very much appreciated the delicious welcome pack with home made bread. The owners were welcoming and friendly, but not at all intrusive. The hot tub was certainly a relaxing way to spend time watching the sun go down over the adjacent fields. Cobblers Barn is set in a perfect location to explore local attractions and we enjoyed a fantastic day renting a boat on the broads. • "I have stayed in many holiday lets all over the UK, but never before in one as perfect as this one."

  First - the photos are a really true representation. It really is as big as they show. Owner lives close by and can't do enough for you. Including freshly home baked bread on arrival! The complete welcome pack really was very welcome. The whole property was so very comfortable and dazzlingly clean. There is so much to see and do in the area as it is right in thed middle of the Broads. So much so that we didn't have time to use the Hot tub! But we used the wonderful suntrap for every breakfast! Just remember, book early as this is a very popular property.

• "We had a wonderful stay at Cobblers Barn."

  The accommodation has everything in it you could need for a relaxing holiday & is fitted out to a high standard. The welcome pack was a lovely touch & the smell was amazing when you walk in. You can just stay in the barn & enjoy the hot tub & quiet of the countryside or sit outside & enjoy the views & fabulous sunsets. It's ideally situated for visiting the many pleasures of North Norfolk. Selsey Beach is worth a visit to see the seals & we also had a great time on the Broads. Great Yarmouth & Caistor on sea are not far away if you want fun for the young ones. We had a couple of local takeaways delivered and also had a great Seafood Platter at The Lighthouse Inn at Walcott. You can also walk into Potter Higham where there are pubs, cafes & fish & chips. Would recommend staying at Cobblers Barn & Sarah is great at keeping you informed about your holiday & on hand if you have any queries. Thank you Cobblers Barn.

• "What a beautiful cottage we found in Bastwick, Norfolk ideally situated for Norfolk broads, 20 min away from Great Yarmouth, 40 min from Cromer, lovely villages nearby."

  The cottage has a cosy , specious feel, every detail is thought through by the owners and very well equipped, spotlessly clean, the hot tub was a bonus too. The owners were great at suggestions where to visit and and eat. We would highly recommend it and we would definitely come back .
