Nestled in a rural setting on a quiet country lane in Repps with Bastwick, on the outskirts of Potter Heigham, is this high-quality barn conversion, Cobblers Barn.

Offering a generous accommodation for four people, (with an additional two adults on a pull-out king-size sofa bed), this stunning abode is perfect for those looking to explore the magnificent Broads National Park and Norfolk coastline.

The open-plan living area has been superbly presented with vaulted ceilings and wooden beams, plus fabulous furnishings and amenities with a wall-mounted Smart TV.

Allow the designated chef to relish in the kitchen, home to a dazzling array of appliances including an, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, so you have plenty to assist with home-cooking!

There is also a utility room with a washing machine for your laundry needs.

French doors lead to the enclosed patio area, where you can enjoy a beverage at the furniture whilst admiring the views over the field towards Potter Heigham Bridge, whilst the hot tub is a welcoming choice after a long day.

The bedrooms exude quality, with the master situated upstairs and offering a super-king-size (zip/link) bed with en-suite freestanding bath and walk-in shower, so you can best decide how to prepare for the day.

The second bedroom is no less superb, situated downstairs with a double bed and en-suite shower room.

Both bedrooms include TVs so you can easily continue your favourite series in bed.

When you’ve unpacked into the ample storage space, head out to discover the delightful village of Potter Heigham where you'll find Lathams of Potter Heigham department store, fish and chip takeaways, cafes, two pubs, a fishing shop and popular boat and canoe hire service, for unforgettable cruises and fishing throughout The Broads.

From your door, you may find a variety of country and river walks in addition to a lot of cycling routes, or make the most of your time in The Broads with a day spent hiking through the Martham or Hickling Broad National Nature Reserve.

If it’s a day on the beach you fancy, hop in the car and head to the beach at Winterton-on-Sea or venture slightly further along to Sea Palling beach and enjoy sun-soaking, ice cream and amusements for all ages.

To witness one of Britain's great wildlife spectacles, be sure to visit Horsey Gap beach.

Not only is this a spectacular, unspoilt sandy beach, but also home to breeding seal colonies between October and February!

Cobblers Barn is a first-class abode for exploring the Norfolk coast and Broads with your nearest and dearest.

POTTER HEIGHAM

Winterton-on-Sea 7.7 miles; Norwich 20.2 miles.

Potter Heigham is a pretty village resting within close reach of the River Thurne in the county of Norfolk, set just a few miles away from the glorious coastline. This large village is considered as a major boating centre on the Norflock Broads with the medieval bridge giving its visitors access to the Upper Thurne, Hickling Broad and Horsey Mere. Within the village itself you will find a superb selection of amenities, including the famous Norfolk discount store, Lathams. Here, you will also find pubs, a fish and chip shop, cafes, a fishing shop, a Post Office and a shop for picking up the essentials. After admiring the views of the river and refuelling at the village’s pub or café, head to the coast where you will find the sandy beach of Horsey Gap and the National Trust property of Horsey Windpump. Further afield are interesting towns to explore – Norwich, Great Yarmouth and Wroxham, and attractions such as National Trust properties, Thrigby Hall Wildlife Gardens, Bewilderwood, and East Ruston Vicarage Gardens and Teashop. Repps with Bastwick village is just a short walk, where you will find an Indian takeaway, garage with local convenience store, a playing field, park, and bus stop for easy access into the county.
