"The cottage was absolutely beautiful, inside and out."
Everything you'd expect to find in a holiday let was there. A perfect home from home property. The only thing I would like to bring to your attention is to possibly advise future customers about the quite low ceiling and beam in the lounge. Anyone that's taller than 6" , please be aware. Despite my Son having to remember to duck each day, we all had a very enjoyable stay.

"A lovely clean cottage in a good area near to the sea and shops."
Comfortable beds and spotless bedlinen etc. Found the living area a little small. A dish rack in the kitchen would have been handy as no dishwasher it would save drying the pots. Perhaps as an elderly couple this was was not the right property for us, but we found it difficult to find a dog friendly one.

"4 adults, 1 dog had a lovely stay."
Easy walk for amazing sunrises, sunsets , shops and eateries. Weather was amazing so out and about, May have been a little cramped had we had to stay in. Otherwise beautiful cottage well equipped, clean and cozy. Would definitely recommend Many thanks

"We loved our stay and perfect for us ."
The linen and towels were of good quality and location very good. We found parking really easy even on a Bank Holiday weekend . Will say that we did not experience bad smells that others had mentioned. Would stay again. Thank you

"Lovely cottage, compact but suited us perfectly, great location to the town and beach."
Extras provided Tea, Coffee, washing up bits, beach buckets and spades was a nice touch. My son loved the quirkiness and homely feel of the cottage. Would visit again.

"The cottage itself is fine, it had all that we needed (almost, we missed a freezer) in a very small package."
And there is the one problem, it's very small. We had 2 adults a 17 y/o daughter and 2 dogs, let's just say it was snug. There is actually not a lot wrong with the cottage, the location is the stand out feature. Everything worked, and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would change (if possible) is, replace the coffee making equipment for a worktop freezer. All that said, we enjoyed our stay, thank you for the use of your home.

Overall the cottage is comfy, I think if you had children it would be very cramped, we were a couple with our dogs so coped well, was disappointed there was no freezer, a fridge with a little freezer box would have been very welcome, also there is nowhere to put you’re food so had to leave out on surfaces & on top of microwave, we did enjoy our stay, Sherringham is a lovely place…

"Glad to say that the points from previous reviews had been addressed."
There was no odour from the sink and the new shower worked well. The weather for our stay in January was very cold, but we could maintain a comfortable temperature in the cottage. The cottage is small but comfortable, clean and well equipped. We were pleased to learn that Sheringham remains a lively town even in the middle of winter. We enjoyed our stay.

"Great little house, very cute."
Perfect for a few days stay and was exactly as described. We were a party of 2 adults, 2 children (14 and 10) and 2 labradoodles. We would definitely stay again. Our only issue was the shower, it was either scolding hot or freezing cold, no inbetween. But that could also have been user error? We’re not sure? LOL. Overall, it was very good. We’ve stayed in a few houses in Sheringham over the years and this is now one of our favourites. Very clean too!

"Although the cottage was clean, there was a strong odour from the drain we had to keep the plug in the sink."
It was very cold although there were electric radiators we kept on it didn't reach a comfortable temperature for a winter stay. Shower unit was dangerous; tried various settings but it was either scalding hot or cold with very poor flow. Sad to say we came home early as it just wasn't suitable for our Christmas break.

"A beautiful cottage in a perfect location."
The only problem, which I understand is long running, is the smell from the drains. At times not nice, but did come and go. I understand this is being addressed. One of the cleanest properties we have stayed in. Comfortable bed and sofa too. Dog friendly with a small secure gravel garden. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

"We loved the cosiness of the cottage, the close proximity to shops and especially the beach."
Furthermore, it is a very quiet location. We had a great week.

"We had a fabulous time the cottage it is small but it was lovely."
How ever the toilet seat was a bit loose could do with looking at and the shower a bit of a dribble but other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay .Thank you
