For us (2) it was perfect , ideal for us with my wife having mobility issues . Easy access , 2 entrances plus a patio door that opens on to a seating area . Cottage was spotless on arrival with milk , teabags etc supplied . Beds were very comfortable as were the settee and armchair in the lounge area . Tv with Sky was excellent as was wi fi no problem . Met the owner Lin who was most helpful and informative with local info . If you like peace and quiet in a unique setting with eas y access to local shops , pubs ( 10 mins away ) this could be the place for you . Ron & Lesley ,, Saddleworth

  • "On arrival the owner claimed to have no booking via Sykes for ourselves."

The property was obviously not prepared for our arrival and was extremely dusty and the floors had not been cleaned. Our first day was spent cleaning the house as the owner and Sykes both agreed that the property was habitable. No apologies from Sykes or the owners. I wouldn’t advise booking any property on grange farm, Norfolk Photographic evidence has been sent to TripAdvisor as there is no way to provide it on Sykes website.

The highest of quality touches including the furniture, everything has been thought of for a wonderful stay. Even the added extras such as cleaning products, dishwasher/washing tabs etc… Beautiful views of the countryside, with the horses in the nearby paddocks. Its an extremely quiet ‘get away from it all’ place. Owner Lin was on hand but not intrusive. Near to Norwich (near to the airport park and ride), Cromer, Sheringham and Wroxham for the broads! So glad we chose to spend our Xmas break at stud cottage and would not hesitate to recommend to all and will definitely book again. Thank you for making us so welcome and for the little treats left for us

It is good for couples and/or family getaway. It is in a beautiful location on the outskirts of Norwich. We would give it 5 Stars. It was immaculately clean and had everything you need for a relaxing stay. The wet room is fantastic, there was ample wardrobe space in the main bedroom which is huge, three TV’s and a log burner (which we did not use), the kitchen/living room was a great space and the cooking facilities were excellent. The owner Lyn was very nice, friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay if we visit the area again.

Lovely, clean, comfortable and very well appointed cottage. The washing machine/washing line was really useful. The logburner was a joy - wood kindly provided by the owner. The facilities suited our mobility needs very well - it is rare to find a property with a wet room. The private parking is gravelled, which was a slight challenge for wheelchair use but was not insurmountable. Take care not to mount the paving slabs with a vehicle - they are not load bearing. When the fridge is next replaced, it would be worth getting one with a small freezer box, but again, not the world's end. Overall - loved it! Many thanks for creating such a charming cottage that accommodates the needs of those with mobility issues both discreetly and stylishly.
