  • "Excellent location for touring the North East Norfolk."

    Wendy and Chris have created a home from home feeling within the cottage which adds to the enjoyment of your holiday. The facilities are well appointed, bedrooms are of a decent size and the beds are extremely comfortable. Would highly recommend this cottage and location.

  • "We received a very warm welcome from Wendy and Chris on arrival and had a most enjoyable stay in this well situated cottage."

    The accommodation was immaculate, comfortable and spacious - perfect for two friends holidaying together - allowing privacy for both. We found this to be the ideal location for all that North Norfolk has to offer - towns, countryside and coast. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the wildlife and listening to the water flowing in the beck. We would highly recommend this property - a real home from home!

  • "We were a party of 2 couples and enjoyed our holiday in this immaculate and tastefully furnished cottage."

    Very comfortable beds, everything very clean and lots of hot water. We liked sitting in the lovely garden watching the wildlife in the field beyond... we saw 4 roe deer and 2 muntjac deer while we were there! The property is in an excellent position for getting to lots of interesting places. Norfolk has a lot to offer like the coast and the Broads and gardens open to the public and is very pretty especially at this time of year with all the Spring green trees and hedgerows, blossoms and wildflowers etc. The only comment we would make is that a shelf or something to put toiletries on in the showers and a hook or two in the bathroom/shower rooms would have been really appreciated. Wendy and Chris were very friendly and gave us a very warm welcome. We fully recommend this property.

  • "A lovely, very clean and comfortable cottage!"

    Situated in an ideal location near to villages and places to visit. We received a warm welcome from Wendy and Chris on our arrival and they left us to our own devices, but were easily available if needed. One of the nicest cottages we have stayed in and hopefully we’ll be back.

  • "Without doubt, a fine holiday base, located in the quiet heart of Norfolk."

    The cottage is well equipped, very comfortable beds and one room has a brilliant walk-in shower. The owners are delightful folks who are dedicated to ensuring that their guests get the best from their stay. The only negative comment is that the bins in the kitchen are are just not big enough. We would certainly look to book again for a future trip to Norfolk.

  • "This cottage is brand new and we were the fourth people to holiday there."

    It’s immaculately decorated, two lovely large double bedrooms, both en suite, and fully equipped in the kitchen. Nice quiet area with plenty of wildlife can be seen in the field through the patio doors. By far the best cottage we’ve stayed in. Highly recommended.

Reepham 4.5 miles; Norwich 11 miles.

The village of Lenwade is situated less than five miles from the market town of Reepham and eleven miles from the city of Norwich. The village offers shops, a pub, Post Office and tea rooms, along with the Dinosaur Adventure Park and a number of lakes, which are popular with fisherman and birdwatchers. The historic market town of Reepham is close by and boasts an 18th century market place, Georgian buildings, a weekly market, as well as shops, pubs, restaurants and tea rooms. Within driving distance is the city of Norwich, with its wonderful cathedral and shopping centre, whilst further afield is the Norfolk coast, which offers Blue Flag beaches.
