  • "A very clean, warm and comfortable property."

Very well equipped for a self catering holiday. Spectacular views across the bay. The property is well situated for exploring the Llyn Peninsula. We would definitely stay here again.

  • "Very pleasant stay, magnificent views, very friendly host."

Very private not overlooked, no neighbours. Will certainly repeat visit. Our only comment is please put some hooks in the bathroom.

Hi Betty, thanks for commenting. Hooks bought and up in the bathroom and bedroom. Thanks Nia Property Owner

  • "A lovely modern static caravan, with patio doors, compact kitchen with modern cooker and hob, plenty of storage space."

Coffee, tea provided. A secure decking with ample room for dog to roam in, watching the cows, calves and rabbits. Panoramic views of Aberdaron coastline from decking, living room and kitchen. Nia was so helpful and kind even letting us have a jigsaw carrier. I got WiFi on my Smart phone. We hope to come back next year. Bed was very comfortable for me and settee.

  • "The owner and her family was friendly and welcoming."

Ensuring that we have everything we needed. The place was beautiful and as described. It was clean and well maintained. The views was amazing and love how quiet the location is too. Amazing for star glazing. The only downside is there was no WiFi. Depending what network you are on, you may not get any signal. The owner mentioned that they are in the process of sorting it. Which will be the icing for a perfect stay. Would recommend booking.

Hi Mr Bell, Thanks for your lovely feedback. I am glad you enjoyed your stay. It was lovely meeting you and your family. All the best Nia Property Owner

Everything we needed was there and we were only a 5 min drive from Aberdaron and the beach. Will definitely be revisiting.

  • "As mentioned to the owner the bed isn’t great, I think she is looking at replacing."

However, we slept ok, the caravan was spotlessly clean, views were fantastic, the decking is a perfect place to chill, and if you like cows and sheep literally feet away from the windows in the morning, it’s a delight. Have said we would like to stay again, and we will. The owners are lovely people, nothing too much trouble. Only slight criticism is needs wifi, but only because everywhere has it now. For the only better view, go to the top of Mynydd Mawr

Thanks for your comments Mr Bayne. We will look forward to welcoming you again. Nia Property Owner

Caravan was spotlessly clean with plenty of space inside and outside with the large decked area to make good use of the stunning views towards the sea and village. The owners are very friendly and made us feel welcome. We'll be looking at staying again soon .

  • "Most enjoyable stay."

The decking area, the outside seating and the view were all superb! We spent a lot of time out there! The lodge had everything we needed, was very clean and in a good location. Nia was very welcoming and helpful. For us, the bed was a little uncomfortable. Also there were no curtains on the double doors in the lounge which we felt were needed.

Thanks for the comments. I’m glad you enjoyed your stay with us. Thanks for the feedback regarding the curtains and bed, we will look into this. Thank you Nia Property Owner

  • "We had a wonderful 5 days at Cae'r Wylan."

It was very cosy to come back to after days out and about. It had everything you could possibly wish for. The family were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We found the location was very private and a good base to go to the numerous beaches and viewpoints on the Llyn, which never seemed far away. The view of Aberdaron Bay from the lounge and the outside decking is stunning. We spent some time sitting outside soaking up the sunshine. We took our little dog with us and he absolutely loved it - lots of walks for him. We thoroughly enjoyed our break, were able to relax and take in the fantastic scenery. We would definitely come back to this property.
