The cottage was a little piece of heaven. Tucked away next to those ancients woods, the scenery being changed constantly by the weather. The owners were so wonderful, communication was quick and easy. Absolutely recommend.

"Fabulous place to stay."
The owners have done a fantastic job of creating a comfortable, modern holiday home without losing the little features that give Melbecks its character. Position is superb – in the hills behind Abergele – with attractions such as Conwy and the beaches a short drive away. Surrounding quiet lanes are great for cycling and there's a great pub/restaurant about a mile down the road. Owners Jane and Rik are great hosts and left a lovely selection of local goodies to greet us. We're already looking forward to returning sometime soon.
Thank you so much for this positive feedback. We look forward to welcoming you back to Melbecks before too long. Property Owner

"When we were looking for somewhere to stay for a weekend break at short notice, we were left little choice."
But I'm glad that out of the properties we viewed, we chose Melbecks. As soon as we opened the gate to the property you feel the properties charm, as it has been lovely updated with all the necessities of life today, while keeping the houses original look and feel. The property smelled fresh, clean and had everything we needed when we arrived, and my family have only compliments about the property and our stay.
We are so pleased you had a lovely break and enjoyed Melbecks charm. Property Owner
