  • "Nice property in a great location, however the amount of mold damp and spores ..."

Nice property in a great location, however the amount of mold damp and spores was not acceptable and should not be let out in this condition, also 1 of the fire exits didn’t have a key so if there was a fire in the kitchen there would be no escape from the bedroom even though we mentioned this straight away we got told there was no key and to use a different fire exit, the property itself is in a great location but we all feel that these points need to be addressed as by the end of the week we where all coughing

Thank you for your feedback. There are four external doors to this bungalow, no fire exits as such. The external door from the lobby between the kitchen and the bedroom has a thumb latch for ease of use. The key to the tilt and slide door can be added to the guest set of keys. I was disappointed to read that there was mould at the property. There was non visible on my check which was done one week before your visit started. From the photos it is obvious that there was a lot of condensation with all the windows and the glass on the front door streaming with water. Guests have a duty to look after the property which includes being aware of ventilation issues. The bedroom at the rear has had to be redecorated due to bad staining from clothes being left on radiators and mould growth due to this lack of ventilation. Property Owner
