  • "Had such an amazing time at Glyndwr Bach."

We only saw one of the hosts, but he was so kind and accommodating. The place was clean and cosy, we especially loved the under floor heating on the ground floor. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, please be mindful kitchen doesn't have an oven but you could always bring a small airfryer there is space on work surface. We looked up microwave instructions online and it does have cooking functions. Glyndwr Bach was very clean only thing we noticed was some slight mold/staining in bathroom fan but otherwise very clean. The area is lovely we enjoyed walking into Betws-y-coed in the evenings for dinner and we went on several walks around the surrounding area which are well maintained. A short drive to Yr Wyddfa, location is really perfect. It's worth stocking up on essentials before you arrive as local Spar/Londis are expensive and fairly limited as only small shops. We went to an Aldi on the A38 about 55 minutes away on the way in. We are so sorry about the dragon and for taking awhile to review.

As for the couple of this fine property extremely helpful filled hot tub every day and if ever was needing help with property or advice on things to do locally someone was always there Would definitely come back again than you.

Just about big enough for two of us and our hiking gear. 10 minute walk into Betws-y-Coed with great shops, pubs and restaurants. 10 minute drive to the Mountains. Perfect for a weekend in the hills.

  • "We found this the perfect location for us not too far from places we wanted to visit and Betwsy d coed is a beautiful little village with some lovely eateries."

Wales is quite expensive for eating out but its choice as you can eat in if you want to cook your own food. A really nice touch with the welcome hamper left for us. My partner is 6 foot tall and banged his quite often on the bedroom ceiling and staircase so be careful. It gave me a few laughs. We loved the hot tub but it can be a problem with midges around the water. My partner got bitten really badly and looked like he had measles. Would be a good idea to tell guests to bring insect repellent or even provide this. The bed was very noisy when turning over in the night due to loose bolts at the bottom. And the bathroom door was very squeeky which could do with sorting. Could do with another toilet roll leaving as two for a week isn't really enough. However these minor things would not stop us staying again, they are just an honest review of our time here. Lovely place thankyou Lucy and Gari

  • "Lovely stay, lovely setting, lovey little touch with the welcome basket."

The property is cosy but was ideal size for our few days away and a great location for the beautiful village of betws y coed. Comfy and clean, we do prefer a bigger bed but it was comfy enough. Plus the hot tub is a bonus and helped the muscles in between hikes. Facilities are good, only thing to suggest would be a shelf in the bathroom for wash bags and a hairdryer.

Thank you for a lovely review and helpful feedback much appreciated Property Owner

  • "Cottage was great and decorated to a high standard."

Only issue was the wifi. It was good for 1 day and terrible for the rest. Also there is little to no phone signal in the cottage so if you require internet access for work or anything important it’s not great. There’s no mention of an iron in the ad but there is one. Hot tub was great. Maybe another couple of towels would be a good addition as it was hard to get stuff dry.

Thank you for your review, I'm sorry you had an issue with the Internet we haven't had this problem before so I will keep an eye on this. yes unfortunately phone signal isn't great in our area some providers are better than others.Im glad you found the iron you were probably the first guests to have it as it is a new addition after previously guest suggested it. Happy to hear you enjoyed the hot tub, thank you again for you feedback. Property Owner
