  • "General feedback from the whole group."

This house was fantastic. Beautifully decorated to complement the houses character. Would definitely return. Great facilities we cooked a full Sunday roast with no problems.

  • "Amazing house with everything you need in it."

We had such a lovely stay and there was lots to do near by. The beds were comfy and the pool table was definitely the best part. Only thing I would say is the curb at the drive would’ve been better if it was dropped and maybe a couple more baking trays. But overall an amazing stay and would definitely return! Thankyou

So clean and lovely touches with fresh flowers and cakes. Beds are so comfortable, so spacious for 12 of us.

  • "Beautiful spacious property."

Perfect for 3 families with young children enjoying some time together. Secure sealed fence with astroturf. Large rooms, pictures dont dhow off the size. Lovely original church features in a modern property. Able to close off stairs from downstairs living space which was handy with not having stairgates with us. Well equipped and great location. Owners very friendly and helpful in all communications. Would highly recommend and will definately return as still so much to explore in North Wales.

  • "We booked the property to get all the cousins together and it was just perfect."

The space works really well with the games room and the safe and secure outside area. The property has been renovated to a very high standard and was very well insulated (we had to turn all the heating down!). The photos don't do the space justice, maybe a floor plan might show guests how it works? As for 10 of us there was space for everyone to be together as well as have time apart. We loved how some of the old features of the chapel were included both inside and out! We would definitely come again!

  • "The property suited our needs for my dad's 80th birthday celebrations perfectly."

We enjoyed the spacious kitchen perfect for entertaining, although could have done with a few more larger serving/salad bowls and wine glasses. The table could seat 12 people. There was a utility room with toilet, sink, freezer and washing machine which was brilliant for storage too. The bedrooms with 2 doubles downstairs and 3 twins and a double upstairs made sleeping arrangements easy. Having the pool table, games room upstairs was fine even though my dad stuggles with stairs, he made it up and down with assistance. There were plenty of bathrooms with good showers, but we found the toilets to be very high though. We were short of a few bath towels in the downstairs bedrooms, but managed with what we had. The lounge had a huge corner sofa big enough for us all to relax on. The property was light and airy and very warm. We also enjoyed the hot tub which was one of the best ones I've been in, it even had a ring of foot massaging jets in the middle. There was a lovely view down to the sea from the kitchen windows. The feel of the place was very peaceful and it had a good vibe, we would certainly return and recommend it to any large group. The decor was tasteful and the layout of rooms made very good use of the space.

  • "Fantastic Accommodation in a Good location."

There were 8 adults and 4 11-13 year old children in our group. We have been going away together, for a week, over the New year period for 12 years, staying in large houses in various UK locations. Salem is one of the favourite top 3 properties, it was so good we were hoping to book it again for this year but it was already taken. The property is extremely well laid out, spacious, comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed, the kitchen is well equipped with two ovens large fridge, a smaller separate freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a large table that easily sits 12 people. The separate playroom upstairs was great for the children to get away from the adults and play together. The Location was perfect for us, 30 minute walk, 10 minute drive to beach, town centre and supermarkets only a short drive away. Local shop, chemist and two Pubs within a 2 minute walk, the Red Lion did lovely food and is very popular with locals. The hot tub was great and we used it several times.

  • "A modern spacious property that accommodated a group of 12 comfortably."

Property is nicely decorated, large kitchen that was big enough for 12 of us. Bluetooth mirrors in the bathrooms were a nice touch, wireless phone charging beside table. Close to shops and supermarkets. Hot tub was used a few times. Pictures don't do the place justice. Will definitely return in the summer

  • "We had a fabulous stay at Salem, the house is a lovely chapel conversion and is finished to a very high standard."

Comfy beds and modern bathrooms, spacious kitchen diner. The hot tub and pool table were an excellent addition to our holiday. It’s well located for a drive into Conwy and Llandudno, we also walked into Prestatyn (taxi back). There’s a couple of pubs nearby and The Red Lion serves good food. Would have liked a later checkout than 9am but that’s the only negative, I would highly recommend Salem.

  • "Beautiful place full of original features which were stunning."

Great location with ample space for many cars to park on driveway. Our favourite was the main communal areas downstairs, the large kitchen table was amazing for us all to be able to eat comfortably and the lounge are has plenty of space. Hot tub was an added bonus, garden was small. Lots of natural light coming into the rooms which meant it was very light early in the morning. Over a lovely place bursting with character.

Although the photos are accurate they do not do this properly justice, completely breath taking. It has local shops, supermarkets, bars, take seats and beaches close by. Perfect location and would highly recommend and 100% be returning.

  • "Good property."

Unfortunately at the checkin there was a huge issue. We were not given the code to get the keys. We had to wait outside for over 2hrs and it was raining with young kids. Luckily one of the neighbours helped and allowed us to use his bathroom and helped track the owner down. My tip for anyone coming here plz get the pin for the key safe before you leave. Also note the owner is a very busy person so don’t expect any help or support if you get stuck whilst there.
