"We had a great time at Penrallt."
Plenty to do for the whole family. Lots of lovely walks, quiet beach nearby - allows dogs. The Butterfly and Bird Palace on Anglesey was amazing - we all loved it. We also went to the deep mine at Llechwedd mines which was fantastic. We didn’t get a chance to go to Caernarfon castle but hope to stay here again soon and have promised my castle mad son we will go then!! The cottage was perfect. Loved the fact that there were a selection of toys and books for children. The books for adults were also appreciated as I’d forgotten to pack mine! The cottage was clean, great kitchen facilities and warm and cosy. Will definitely be booking again!

"We had a lovely time staying at Penrallt Fawr the cottage was perfect size for 2 adults, 2 children and a dog."
The front garden is a nice size with an amazing view and safe and secure for the dog. The lane next to the cottage is quiet and it was a very peaceful stay. The cottage is quite isolated up the hill but still quite a few properties nearby. The rooms were all a nice size and it felt spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed and whilst we didn’t use the range to cook on the addition of an airfryer and electric hot plate made cooking easy. We had plenty of hot water and the bathroom was a great size with a nice shower and big bath for the kids. WiFi was good too. Overall it was a lovely cosy cottage and a good central location to get to the places we wanted to visit. There was a Morrisons express quite close maybe 5 mins which was handy. My only one slight negative comment would be that was whilst the cottage was clean and tidy when checking we had all the kids toys it was a bit dusty behind the beds and furniture but just a minor point. We would definitely consider coming back here when we come to North Wales again.

Amazing views and so homely.

"Our second visit to the cottage and another fantastic stay!"
We just love spending time in the garden admiring the views and sunset. Cottage is very well laid out, well equipped, spacious and clean. Easy access to the coast, Snowdonia and Anglesey. Perfect for time spent with our dog and 2yo.

"The cottage is in a quiet rural location."
It is well appointed and comfortable with exceptional views. The bath and shower facility are not suitable for elderly visitors.

"We really liked this cottage - it was spacious and well-equipped (apart from one or two items: a colander, and bin bags, but this was no great problem)."
Good quality furniture and equipment. Beds were cosy and warm. The views of the coast and sunset were superb (seats and table outside very well placed). We are already planning our next trip.

"What a fantastic place!"
Clean and well equipped, with the most spectacular views! Location was great for visiting Snowdonia, Llan Peninsula, Anglesey and Llandudno, and we would recommend visiting the Anglesey Arms on Caernarfon’s Harbour we made our ‘local’. So rare to find a baby and dog friendly property that ticks all the boxes! We would certainly look to book again!

"Great property in a fantastic location."
Got used to cooking on the range after a few days. My only quibble is the sofa bed, would have been better with a normal single bed as it was uncomfortable even for a child. All in all very happy

"We had a really good week in the cottage, so much so we will likely book again for next year."
It would have been better had the pint of milk left for us not been off (it was within a day of expiry) and the grass in the garden not been so long but otherwise thoroughly recommend others to stay.

"The large bed was uncomfortable, the TV was Internet which is Vodafone, it kept losing the line."
I have had personal problems with them at home.

"Beautiful cottage in a rural stunning and very quiet location."
Very secure for our dogs and the house was just so cosy. Wouldn’t change anything except maybe the addition of a DAB radio.

"The pictures do not do it justice, it’s beautiful inside and out."
Fabulous location , perfect for children and exploring the area. Great facilities like dish washer tablets, iron etc. Very comfy beds and fabulous fire in the evening. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in a quiet area but wanting to be close enough for exploring wales.

"We had an absolutely fabulous holiday ay Penrallt Fawr."
It was remote enough to make it enjoyable but not too remote. Everything was sparkling clean, there was a lovely oil range in the kitchen that also warmed the house. The kitchen was fully equipped with all amenities and well stocked. Everything was really cosy and any problems were sorted immediately. The area is amazing 10 minutes from the Snowdon Rangers, 15 minutes from the sea. Cant wait to visit here again.
