  • "We had a lovely stay in the property."

The chalet was in a fantastic location, it was excellently equipped and nice and roomy for all guests. The only downside is it is not available to book for next year, we were planning two visits too. Thank you to the owners for allowing us to use this excellent property.

  • "Beautiful Chalet - the best I have stayed in over the 20years I have been staying at the warren."

The location is perfect , the chalet was spotlessly clean and had everything needed. We did not want to leave. 10/10 But please note - to access leisure/ Club facilities you need a QR code - it’s a little confusing and can not be booked / paid for with the Warren directly ( or so they told us)

  • "Inside was immaculate comfortable and spotlessly clean."

Good variety of kitchen and cleaning equipment. Outside of property needed a hose down (lots of cobwebs and weathered areas ) but it didn’t distract us from a very comfortable holiday let. Because of the immaculate inside the outside was more noticeable. Overall an excellent property and excellent holiday park.would visit again . A few unavoidable issues during our stay very quickly sorted by Sykes and the team at the warren so really did not affect our stay at all.

  • "Stayed at D26 in the past."

Very convenient for beach and reasonable walk to facilities and public bar which is dog friendly. Comfortable seating and all kitchen necessities. Cons... On arrival there was remains of food on outside table. Decking area required sweeping and area around gates required several weeks of dead leaves removing. Main bedroom light switch broken, needs renewing, 2 lights inoperative. 2 of 3 gate latches require repair.

Many thanks for your feedback. All of these items are useful to know and we have addressed the maintenance issues. Gardening is undertaken on an ongoing basis and I can only apologise for the leaves which had built up. I have asked the cleaners to tip us off in future if anything needs looking at in between rentals as we are sometimes unaware, especially when the weather has been stormy. I have also let the cleaning team know about the food on the table and the decking area, as this was obviously an oversight. We very much hope to welcome you back in the future and are please that you enjoy the chalet's location. If you ever have any future issues during your stay, please let the Sykes team know immediately and they will inform me, so they can be quickly addressed. Property Owner

  • "Just spent a wonderful, relaxing week with friends on the Warren."

The chalet is in a perfect setting, and it was great to have evening drinks overlooking the sea. D26 is also beautifully furnished and very well equipped which served our needs wonderfully. Both the master bedroom and the main single bedroom are very spacious, much more so than in other chalets that we had previously stayed in. We made use of the swimming pool, and also enjoyed drinks and a meal at the Sandbar which is in a great setting.

  • "We spent another excellent week on the Warren."

D26 is in a great location near the beach path, and we made full use of the BBQ facilities and large decked area overlooking the sea. The chalet is very spacious compared to others that we have stayed in previously and is immaculate inside. The facilities on the Warren were enjoyed by all the family, especially the outdoor pool. We would highly recommend and will be back for another visit.

  • "Amazing week in a beautiful chalet."

D26 is very well equipped, and we could not of wished for more. We relaxed enjoying the sea views and the chalet benefits from sunshine all day. Very quick and easy access onto the beach which was perfect for the kids. We enjoyed meals out at the Sand Bar and Club. Also, very easy to walk into Abersoch on the beach from this end of the Warren.

About the location

ABERSOCH

Pwllheli 6 miles.

The attractive harbour village of Abersoch is situated on the Llyn Peninsula in a region of Wales renowned for its outstanding scenery and varied walking. The village, situated between two glorious bays, is one of the most popular sailing venues in North Wales and important sailing regattas are held there throughout the summer months. Numerous shops cater for the tourist as well as pubs, restaurants and cafes. There are also opportunities for golfers as there is a course just outside the village and horse riding facilities are also available nearby. Watersports enthusiasts are also well catered for, particularly windsurfing, water skiing and dinghy sailing, not to mention renowned surfing at Port Neigwl (Hell’s Mouth). The long, sandy Abersoch Main Beach is probably the most popular beach in the area. There is a wonderful selection of beaches in the surrounding area of the Llyn Peninsula, including the beautiful and often quiet Porth Ceriad, with it's high cliffs, and sandy Porth Oer ("Whistling Sands"). Most of the coastline is owned by the National Trust and there are many remote bays, sandy beaches and cliffs, as well as wildlife havens like Bardsey Island to explore.
