Take a seat in the living/dining room, complete with an open fire, Smart TV and a selection of books for a cosy night in, or step out into the enclosed rear garden and take in the fresh Welsh air with a spot of alfresco dining, courtesy of the patio furniture.
There are two comfortable bedrooms – a king-size and a twin – both with underfloor heating to keep you warm throughout your stay.
The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric double oven, induction hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, while a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC completes the property.
Off-road parking for two cars is available and one well-behaved dog is welcome (additional fees apply).
Venture out to the nearby Morfa Bychan, just two miles away, an area rich in history, with its long expanse of beach sand backed by dunes.
Here you’ll find the majestic Harlech Castle, or if you’d prefer, take a short drive to Porthmadog and take yourself along the cobbled streets to the harbour for panoramic views across the Snowdonia National Park.
For a day out, why not drive slightly further to Criccieth, a seaside town with a castle perching atop a cliff face or journey to the town of Caernarfon, brimming with attractions such as the Caernarfon Castle, Segontium Roman Fort and the National Slate Museum.
Return to Hafod Y Llyn and savour the tranquil Welsh countryside, allowing your getaway to Wales to be one to remember.
