"We had a lovely stay at this house."
Great location at the end of quiet cul de sac but only 5 mins drive to the beach. As other people have commented it does lack kerb appeal but the inside definitely makes up for it. Beautifully furnished & definitely a home from home. Had everything we wanted from a holiday house & would definitely stay again!

"Upstairs window frames are covered in black mold on the inside especially the ..."
Upstairs window frames are covered in black mold on the inside especially the rear bedroom would suggest a regular weekly wipe down this may also help with opening the windows as very stiff due to mold and mildew (just a maintenance note) Property would benefit from a foldable clothing airing rack as there is a washing machine etc but nowhere in or outside the property to put wet clothing etc to dry once washed Listing also stated side garden however it did not say this was an embankment covered in ivy with no proper pathway and a very low bench at the top this is misleading on the listing as most people would think they could sit outside high % of people probably no to able to access this area Apart from this the house was comfortable clean and fully equipped would recommend it

"Inside was immaculate and absolutely lovely."
Outside is not really a garden and is quite scruffy

"A very easy small cottage to stay in."
Quiet, warm, clean, practical and comfortable. We particularly liked the entirely open plan downstairs. We had a good two weeks there. My only criticisms are minor (a) the paper/plastic/cardboard recycling bins allocated to the property have gone missing - the neighbours kindly let me put our recycling in with theirs; (b) I could have done with 2 rather than just 1 tea towel; (d) most of the kitchen utensils were plastic and saucepans were not stainless steel - I brought my own; and (d) the bedding was polyester/poly cotton - I brought my own.

"We had a call from agency as they had received a complaint from neighbours in the accommodation behind the let, as it seems that their garden had been used."
It was not us - we read the info! Please be aware if a dog owner, whilst there is a hilly piece of land, there is no- where to let dogs or children out to play. There are however plenty of parks/ walks & the beach is nearby. Whilst the let did look untidy from the outside due to weeds, litter, bins & un- mown bank area, the inside was amazing with all equipment provided. We had a lovely stay thank you for my son’s wedding & would definitely request to stay again.

"The house has been decorated to a good standard and we had everything we needed in there."
It was warm and cosy, beds were so comfortable and linen and towels were lovely. It was home from home.. To improve the stay, proper information about recycling would be a must. There was one wheelie bin, that gets emptied once a month, but we couldn't find the recycling bins for the property. There was some rubbish around the outside of the house which ment it looked scruffy, but the inside was beautiful. I would have no problem in staying here again.

"The property is at the end of a cul-de-sac."
It was easy to find. We had a very comfortable stay and it was lovely and cosy. All the kitchen utensils and appliances were in good order and all furniture and fittings were of a high standard. The owners have obviously taken time and trouble to ensure comfort and cleanliness.

"The property was clean and tidy."
The entrance to the property was obstructed by wheelie bins and litter. There was only 1 toilet roll for 4 people. There was 1 tea towel for a week long stay. 4 mugs for 4 guests meant we were always washing up. Limited cutlery for 4 guests. A cafetière would be useful. The door to the twin bedroom was obstructed by the end of the bed so made getting suitcases in the room difficult. This was not a property for older guests.

"I couldn’t fault this property it was absolutely perfect."
The only thing lacking (at least we didn’t find it!) was a dustpan and broom. But everything else was thought of and all beautiful. Thank you for a lovely stay.

"A beautiful house with all modern fittings and really clean."
Close to amenities. If you have a dog there isn't a garden which is the only thing that we would have liked but it didn't really affect our stay.
