  • "Great communication with the owner."

House is absolutely stunning with amazing views and perfectly proportioned for the amount of guests we had. Bonus having three bathrooms especially when we all arrived back freezing cold from climbing Snowdon. The games room is a great addition and was enjoyed by all and the dining room perfect for the amount of people. Garden nice and secure for the dogs too. Welcome basket was very nice touch we will definitely book again.

Views were amazing, and a good location to explore Snowdonia. Property was very well equipped and all the beds were super comfortable. The board games were a fun added bonus! Will definitely be back.

  • "Seven of us stayed at the cottage - very mixed ages - myself and my husband, our son and our daughter, our eldest granddaughter and our second eldest granddaughter and her husband and our little dog."

The cottage was perfect for us, very well equipped and very comfortable and the games room provided a lot of competition and fun. The views are stunning and there are shops just a five-minute drive away. It is very peaceful and quiet, with lots of parking space and the garden is safe for the dog. We had such a good week and loved the many places we visited. We thoroughly recommend this lovely cottage.

  • "A perfect location to visit Anglesey, North Wales, Coastal and Mid Wales."

Y Tylwyth has the most idyllic, tranquil outlook across the slate mining region and rugged hills. This property is extremely spacious throughout with the added bonus of a games room with pool table, darts, and plenty books, games, jigsaws. Hef was more than helpful with contact and being available if needed. We had a wonderful week here with my elderly parents and will be returning again.

  • "We had a fantastic stay at Y Tylwyth."

There was plenty of space for two families and a great games room for all to enjoy, including some well-stocked games and books for those rainy days. Our hosts were on-hand if we needed anything (not that we did) and there were some lovely personal touches - my kids loved the gift basket on arrival and I particularly loved the small touch of equipping every bathroom with soap (so many properties don't!). Thank you Hef and Eleri for making us feel at home.

What a beautiful property in the most stunning surroundings. Even in the mist and rain we were blown away by the beauty of the mountains and hills which were on full view from the perfectly situated house. We loved the space of the house and everything we needed was provided. The kids loved the games room which was perfect for the evenings. It’s great for dogs too, with plenty of places to walk. Our Labrador felt very at home. Hef was on hand for any questions we had. Brilliant property for groups and big families who want to explore the outdoors. We’d love to come back one day. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

  • "This is a stunning property."

Much bigger than I thought and extremely well equipped. Highlights included a double ninja air fryer and not one but 2 cafetieres, 2 fridges and even some bowls out for our two dogs. Perfect secure garden for them. Always catches the sun somewhere too. Gorgeous views from front and end windows. Huge games room with pool table and darts and loads of books and board games to enjoy as well. My dad who is 84 came with us and it was perfect for him with downstairs bedrooms and a bathroom with a walk in shower and a slightly taller toilet seat. I would highly recommend this place but don't want to in case the price goes up before we can book again.

  • "We had the best stay at this beautiful holiday home from start to finish."

Everything we could have possibly needed for a home from home stay. The most beautiful location, so peaceful day and night with the most amazing walks and views all from the doorstep. The property owners were available if and when needed, which we didn’t as everything was perfect and the welcome pack gave us all the information we needed, thank you also for the welcome gifts. We would highly recommend this property we were 8 adults ranging from 18 -70 and a 14 year old and enjoyed by us all equally. The games room was great and we enjoyed some fun family times in there. There is a supermarket and take away a15 min walk away or a few minutes in the car. The fish and chip shop (Trish and Chips) was lovely as was Red Chilli’s which was Indian/Bangladesh food which was very good we wouldn’t recommend the pizza/burger take away but that’s personal choice. Around a 10 minute drive away the Bryn Hotel was very nice for a nice meal and drinks also. Overall this place was the perfect family break, for our Mums 70th birthday there was something for everyone and we are very much looking forward to returning.

The local Co-op is really well stocked and had everything we needed and the fish and chip shop is great! We had no issues with the house and the owners were contactable if we needed them. . and we couldn’t have picked a better property. The property was very well maintained and equipped with everything we needed. The welcome pack was a lovely touch . The views and walks are incredible. If there was anything I would pick at ( being very picky) maybe a couple of serving dishes . I cooked an Easter roast dinner , so serving dishes would have made it easier, but didn’t cause any problems, I found a way :-) . Lovely fish & chip shop 5 minute drive . Local co op , again only 5 minutes in the car ( had everything we needed ) . Thanks again for a really wonderful stay .

Thank you for the kind words, we are very glad you enjoyed your stay. We appreciate your suggestion regarding the serving dishes, and will make sure to make these available for the next guests. Thanks again and we hope to welcome you back soon. Property Owner
