  • "This is a delightful little cottage in a great location."

Thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a break in a home from home setting. As a single occupant, I felt comfortable, cosy and safe and would love to return again. Thank you

  • "A fabulous little house with all you could need for a weeks stay, the furniture and appliances were all top quality, the home was set out lovely and was spotless when we arrived."

Located in a great place to get all over Conwy, a helpful welcome pack left to give us some tips about the area. My children loved the little terrace and the beds were so comfortable and the bedding pristine. The added touches of dressing gowns and easy access appliances you don’t always find in a holiday home was so helpful, especially the hoover, with three little ones their always crumbs

Thank you so much for the feedback. We’re delighted that you all enjoyed your stay and found the welcome pack and appliances in the cottage useful. Property Owner

  • "Brilliant cottage in a stunning place."

Fantastic facilities and felt like you were properly thought of and looked after. Only tiny problem that I think the previous people had a problem with was a rotten smell in the place, hopefully it gets sorted soon because everything else was fantastic.

  • "The house was excellent in every way except that there was an unfortunate smell of damp/drains that seemed to come from the nextdoor property."

The owner and her concierge were most concerned and did their best to mitigate this. Apart from that it was a great place.

  • "What a gem!"

This is a really pleasant property, perfectly located in the heart of Conwy, a stone’s throw from local amenities and a few steps away from the medieval town walls. Cosy and comfortable with everything you’d need, and more, including lots of thoughtful extras that are often overlooked at other rental accommodation. I loved the Welsh touches in the decor too. It would be helpful to have an additional cupboard for groceries as work surface space is limited. We’d recommend the Erskine Arms for dinner, Popty Conwy bakery for delicious cakes and Baravelli’s for superior chocolate treats! We’d love to come back and stay a little longer before the children get much older!

Thank you for taking your time to give feedback. We’re delighted that you enjoyed your stay at the cottage and in Conwy and would love to welcome you back again in the future. Property Owner

Thank you to Fiona and Mike. We were not able to open the door in the bedroom to the terrace we couldn’t get the keys to work, it wasn’t a problem really for us as the the weather was unkind but would have been on a nice day. Caroline Clowes

About the location

CONWY

Llandudno 5 miles; Betws-y-Coed 16 miles.

Conwy, a World Heritage Site, is without doubt world famous for its historical and architectural heritage, yet at the heart of the town lies a hub of bustling activity. Alongside its ancient festivals and fairs, musical recitals, galleries and historical attractions, there is an array of specialist shops, restaurants and hotels. Built for King Edward I between 1283 and 1287, Master James of St George's design, Conwy Castle remains one of the most outstanding achievements of medieval military architecture. The distinctive, elongated shape, with its two barbicans, eight massive towers and a great bow-shaped hall was perhaps determined by the narrow rocky outcrop on which the castle stands. The town is proud of its historic traditions and celebrates its past by retaining many of these in its annual festivals, events and fairs, including the Honey fair, Seed fair and Gwledd Conwy Feast in October, along with other musical events throughout the year. Conwy is the perfect base for exploring the dramatic Snowdonia National Park, walking unspoilt sandy beaches, or taking in the wonderful scenery on your doorstep. Also within reach are the Llechwedd Slate Caverns, which has the longest zip wire in Europe, and Surf Snowdonia is just six miles away.
