• "Elsinore is the most lovely house."

  We loved our stay. 3 good size beds. Tastefully furnished throughout the house and very clean. It's in a road just off the high street and very quiet especially at night. No noise at all. A parking space is just at the side of the house. Eleri also kindly left a welcome tray. We definitely recommend this holiday home and hope to be back.

• "Elsinore is a little gem of a holiday home situated in the centre on Conwy the property was spotlessly clean and very well presented with tasteful decor."

  Everything had been thought of by the owner to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable - lots of little details that made a big difference - we felt right at home straight away :) Contact from the owner was also spot on - we would not hesitate in returning - if you are looking to book a holiday home in this beautiful part of North Wales we would 100% recommend Elsinore

• "We stayed here over the New Year week and have to say for our family (2 Adults, 2 teenagers, Grandma and dogs) the house and its location was perfect."

  The house had all the home comforts that you and your dogs need, along with some additional personal touches. Would defo recommend for families and couples that would like a home from home to either wander around a beautiful town or as a base for walking

• "Wow what a beautiful property!"

  We have family living in Llandudno so are often in the area and Elsinore was perfectly positioned for us to spend the weekend with them whilst also having the benefits of being in Conwy. The house was immaculate and beautifully finished and we loved having the castle walls right outside! The owners were amazing and understanding after our over excited pup knocked over a glass vase. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Elsinore for the perfect spot to explore the local area and we are looking forward to returning. Sally, Mike, Dougal & Rory

• "This property is one of the best places we have stayed in."

  It is so conveniently situated near Conway high street, shops, restaurants, the harbour and the castle. Spotlessly clean and great hosts who left a really lovely welcome package for us and the dogs. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

• "Elsinore is a lovely cottage ideally situated in the centre of Conwy."

  The property owner made us feel really welcome on arrival and the cottage itself was very clean and tidy (I'd actually go as far as saying it was spotless) with everything you would need to enjoy your stay. The beds were really comfortable and despite being in the town centre it was very quiet of a night all leading to a great night's sleep. If you haven't visited Conwy before the streets are quite narrow which is typical of a town of its age and a little care is needed driving up Chapel St to the property but after a while you get the hang of it. Conwy has a number of bars, pubs and restaurants to explore and if you are looking to come I'd highly recommend Elsinore as a place to stay for your visit.

• "To be honest, I’m thinking this is the best holiday home we’ve enjoyed."

  The place is spotless, everything works, everything feels new, nothing is missing, and the location being inside the castle walls is frankly awesome. We received a wonderful Halloween themed welcome package which was amazing. Conwy is amazing anyway but this holiday home tops it all. We will definitely be returning to this one!!!!

• "Elsinore is a lovely property, beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable."

  It is in a great central location, but not on a main street so is really quiet. Eleri is a great host, getting in touch before we arrived to explain parking and when the property was ready for us. There was also an amazing welcome tray and a bottle of prosecco in the fridge, which was a lovely touch! Parking anywhere in Conwy can be a nightmare but Eleri put out a couple of traffic cones to reserve parking by the property before we arrived. As the house is in a great central location we didn't have to use the car, and put the cones back out when we left ready for the next guests. We had an amazing weekend and would highly recommend staying at Elsinore. We will definitely be booking again next year!

• "We had a very enjoyable break."

  Elsinore is a lovely property, renovated (recently I would imagine) to a high standard, clean and comfortable and well provisioned. And it could hardly be more central - not on a main street itself (so quiet) but you can walk to any of Conwy's three main streets in a couple of minutes. Eleri came across as a very considerate host, getting in touch before we arrived to explain parking and when we'd be able to get in. And the "essentials" (like prosecco!) and local products left for us were very welcome. Being so central does, I'm sure, mean people park on the street who have business in town. But Eleri has a couple of traffic cones to reserve parking by the property, and put them in place before we arrived. They did the trick for us. To be honest, there's so much to do within walking distance, you may find you don't need to use the car much (we didn't). Or perhaps bring a bike - some good cycling in the area and there's a spacious, lockable outhouse at the property, perfect for bike storage. I'll be bringing mine next time!

• "Instantly felt at home, we travelled with a 2 year old so little touches such as stair gates were perfect for us!"

  We cooked a meal and had every utensil that we needed! The host was super helpful and couldn’t do enough for you! We will definitely return in the future.

• "Elsinore was one of the nicest properties we have stayed in and we have rented many over the years!"

  On arrival we felt at home straight away - the welcome pack was wonderful and catered for both myself and my Husband and our 3 children. The house was immaculately clean and very homely. Beds perfectly comfortable and the house catered for all our needs and more! Perfect central location with the added bonus of parking right outside the property. We had an amazing weekend and would highly recommend Elsinore.
