What a fantastic holiday home , felt like home the minute we walked through the door , thank you for providing such a fantastic place for both my dads 70th and my sons 18th birthday celebration, will certainly be back

  • "We stayed at this beautiful house for my husbands 60th birthday."

The home is spotless and the lady who owns the property is very welcoming and extremely helpful. We had such a lovely stay and we really enjoyed the hot tub which is a very good size. Everything we needed for a family stay of 8 adults and two children. The kitchen was well equipped and had plenty of cups, plates and glasses etc for our family stay. The freezer which also supplied us with crushed ice for our drinks was also a nice little surprise.

  • "This was a beautiful house and the owner was very pleasant and helpful."

We were given a home made cake which was amazing and fresh milk from the farm. Would definitely recommend. My only comment would be to provide details for recycling or obtain larger bins. We generated a lot of rubbish and recycling as there were 9 of us and couldn’t get without it.

  • "We had a wonderful stay with family for my Husband’s 40th."

Communication from Mags before was great, and she was so helpful with recommendations of restaurants/shops/cake makers. The property is a great mix of traditional and modern and the hot tub was a huge bonus, and was regularly maintained and checked. We would recommend! A fabulous stay and we would love to go back.

  • "Fabulous property although photos hadn’t acknowledged the nearby road or adjacent farm buildings and proximity of cattle…altogether this wasn’t an issue for us."

Wonderful building and excellent accommodation. Oven gloves would have been useful but all else on tap. Hot tub was a great boon and owner very attentive to its’ maintenance. Lots to see and do in the area with plenty for another day. Only hiccup was administrative…SYKES forwarded details of the wrong entry code to the door key safe. A hassle after a long drive but quickly resolved with a mobile call to the owner.

The hot tub was well used and the scones, jam and milk gifted by Mags were delicious. We had a fantastic holiday. Thanks VERY much!

  • "The property is stunning with everything you need available."

We had three babies with us and all the bedrooms were big enough for a family to stay in. Whenever we have stayed somewhere as a large group there has only ever been one oven, having a second oven made meal times so much easier for us! The property was pristine and the owner is absolutely lovely. She was available for any questions we had and also baked us cakes and delivered them on arrival which the children adored! Thank you so much for a lovely stay, we will definitely be rebooking!

  • "Fantastic stay."

Would highly recommend. Our extended family enjoyed Plas Coch. From the moment we arrived everything was explained and we felt relaxed. The closed garden was helpful with pets, with the addition of the cows to keep all amused. Good location to travel to Rhyl, Rhuddlan, Prestatyn etc. Had a lovely walk along the river in St Asaph and thoroughly enjoyed the hottub at the end of the day. Mags was very welcoming and helpful. We will come back again.

The hot tub was amazing and extremely well maintained. The kitchen was well set out and had everything we needed to self cater and even bake! The area was beautiful and near to lots of places of interest and the coast.

  • "Fabulous holiday accommodation for large family or friends get together."

Plenty of room. Obviously alot of money spent on the refurbishment with high end kitchen and bathroom fittings. The family sized hottub was amazing. Hosts friendly, approachable and responsive. Would highly recommend Plas Coch for a getaway. Although having explored alot of Wales over the years we hadn't been in this area but really glad we have now. St Asaph has all the facilities necessary, Rhaedadr Dyserth waterfall close by is worth a visit and plenty of seaside towns within a short drive. Whats not to love.
