  • "Apartment very clean and presentable."

Approx 1 mile from town centre but for us not an issue. Having been to Llandudno previously, gave a chance to explore part of town not seen before, also quieter. Beach situated at end of street was amazing. Excellent communication from owner. Would return & highly recommend.

  • "Great apartment in a quieter part of Llandudno."

Owner very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

  • "A clean, comfortable and quiet appartment in a good location to access the promenade and beach."

A nice view of the nearby hills from the living room window. The appartment was equipped to a minimum standard with utensils and other things but the landlord, Kyle, was very friendly and helpful in providing anything else we needed e.g. a caserole dish and additional bin bags. Some hooks in the hall and bathroom to hang coats and towels on would be a useful addition. There is a corner shop at the end of the road which sells most things, and there are several other shops and takeaways nearby. The "North shore" beach is mainly pebbles, but there is a sandy area nearer the pier (about 10 minutes walk along the promenade). There is also a sandier beach at the "West shore" but this is a much longer walk (or a short car journey).

  • "Very spacious, comfortable and clean apartment."

Great value for money. It's in a great location...A couple of minutes walk to the prom and then a nice leisurely 25 minutes walk to the pier. Mamma Rosa restaurant is a couple of minutes walk away from the apartments..well worth a visit. Angel Bay, over Little Orme (beautiful picturesque cove) is a 7 minute drive, or 45 minute walk. There is also a farm about 5 minutes walk away. Great communication from Kyle the owner. Thanks for a lovely stay

Very clean and tidy on arrival Had everything we needed Would definitely stay again

  • "The flat was clean on the surface but would have benefitted from a deep clean."

The kitchen items was very basic. Access wise was not welcoming and clearly had not been cleaned. Overgrown brambles and rubbish was evident at the back. Rest of the properties appears to be occupied by permanent residents and although a note asked for the front main door to be kept locked. It was found unlocked most of the time, despite us locking every time we used the entrance. The access proved very difficult (4 flights of stairs) and would not be suitable to anyone with limited mobility. There was no instructions in the flat to assist us using the facilities. From our previous experience using Sykes Holiday cottages we would not rate this as 4 star accommodation.

About the location

LLANDUDNO

Conwy 4 miles, Colwyn Bay 6 miles, Snowdonia 20 miles.

Llandudno lies between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme and it is these headlands, and the town's two waterfronts, that give this tourist resort its special appeal. The town offers two superb beaches - the North Shore, with its wide promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels and the quieter West Shore with miles of sandy shoreline backed by sand dunes and superb views towards Anglesey. For the best views, however, you can reach the summit of the 679ft Great Orme using either the Great Orme Tramway or by taking an exciting cable car ride of over a mile. The town has an excellent selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés, as well as Venue Cymru, which is North Wales' premier theatrical stage for opera, ballet, musicals, comedy and visiting orchestras, boasting a programme that is second to none - all this is just a stone's throw from the promenade. Just 4 miles away is the town of Conwy - a designated World Heritage Site. A true medieval gem, Conwy is dominated by a splendid castle and completely enclosed by its well-preserved town walls. Discover miles of sandy beaches along the North Wales coast and excellent walking and climbing in the Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park just 20 minutes' drive away - there's plenty to see and do!
