  • "I cannot recommend this property highly enough."

It was extremely clean and tidy, the location was fantastic, and it had all the facilities we needed and more. It was a home away from home for us. I hope we can return sometime!

  • "Lovely holiday house in an excellent location!"

Lots of rooms and toilets so it was perfect for our bigger group, and child friendly too. Although lots of rooms, the beds were very soft and not very supportive. Still we had a great week here, and the owner left food and drink which was really appreciated!

There was plenty of space for our family of 8 including grandparents and two children. The cottage is in a good location - a nice walk to the town centre along the promenade. We’d definitely recommend the cottage.

  • "Lovely comfortable house with everything we needed."

Ideal location, close to the beach, prom and shops with easy access to North Wales. Comfortable spacious bedrooms and the snug and games room were ideally placed for our 2 young grandchildren to sleep in their travel cots. Lovely to have a full sized fridge and freezer in the kitchen and washer/ dryer and it was good to have outside space and parking for 2 cars. The welcome pack was much appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back next year.

We love everything about it, we love coming here. Location excellent - short walk to the promenade House itself is generous in space Cleanliness - fabulous Love the kind gesture from the owners, having stayed in various places across the uk over the past few years the generous offerings of essentials (milk, coffee, tea etc) to biscuits squash etc is so welcomed and appreciated, it’s the little touches! I would recommend to anyone, words don’t do this gem of a house justice you need to experience it! We are already booked to go back in September! We love it that much.

Our third visit and planning to return next year. Location is terrific. 5 minutes to prom, 5 minutes to a park which is excellent for young children. The area Craig-y-Don is lovely, with a beautiful hilly backdrop. Access to town centre is quick and easy. No negatives at all.

  • "Beautiful house, comfortable beds, exceptionally clean."

Close to amenities and the seafront. Easy off road parking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay BUT please, please will you provide more lighting in the lounge!!!! We resorted to purchasing 2 uplighters so as to be able to read as the one Tiffany type lamp and overhead light gave very, very little light from very small bulbs.

  • "WE had a lovely holiday at 23 Carmen Sylva Road."

The house was spotless and exactly as advertised. It was warm and very comfortable, the beds were excellent and we all slept well. The rooms were high and spacious and ideal for our needs, although there were only 3 of us. The outside space was much nicer than anticipated with a table and chairs to sit outside, and the two parking spaces were invaluable. Faith was very helpful and made us welcome with coffee, tea and milk plus presents in the fridge. We did wish there had been a book with all the information about the house, wifi, bins, recycling and local amenities, as it would have been very useful. It was only a short walk to the shop and the promenade and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.

  • "We felt the kitchen could have been a bit better equipped, some microwave cooking containers would have been useful."

The other thing that wasn't ideal was that the bedrooms only had venetian blinds, which meant that they were really light by about 5am, not ideal espacially for children.

  • "This is a gorgeous house, very spacious, and a great location just a few mins walk from the promenade."

It was such a treat to be so close to the coast and with lovely views of the mountains. We were able to walk from there quite a bit and enjoyed picking up easy meals from the local Marks and Spencers at the retail park! There was also a nice playground around the corner which our children loved. The location is superb. There is parking for 2 cars and plenty of room inside the house for 2 families. We were a party of 6, but 8 would have been fine. The kitchen is very comfortable and big, well equipped, and there is a nice seating area outside we enjoyed. The bedrooms are all comfortable and having several bathrooms was really great. Overall we loved the house and really enjoyed the stay; it felt very luxurious. It was completely spotless when we arrived and looked like it had been recently decorated. The mod cons like wifi, tumble dryer and dishwasher all make the holiday more relaxing. I've knocked a mark off for comfort because the weak spot is the lounge, which was dark compared to the rest of the house, not well lit and not comfortably furnished to my taste. As a family we would usually read in the lounge and this wasn't possible because of the lighting. This meant we didn't sit together in the evenings. However, I appreciate this is not important for everyone and the rest of the house really is fantastic. I would also say the landlady was fantastic. We had a problem with the tumble dryer and she sorted it immediately.

5 minutes walk from the seafront and local shops and a 15-20 minutes walk into the centre of Llandudno. The house is very spacious and has a very well equipped kitchen, it really is home from home. Incredibly comfy beds and quality bed linen meant a great nights sleep and digital TV's in every bedroom was a real bonus too. We received a warm welcome from the host who gave us lots of tips on where to eat out. We would have no hesitation returning to this beautiful property.

Well positioned for good choice of restaurants within 5 minute walk of premises. 20-25 min walk along the promenade to the pier and downtown Llandudno. Super host, very friendly and welcoming. Welcome hamper of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, Welsh cakes, wine and squash was much appreciated. Property recently renovated so everything as new. Super clean throughout and very comfortable and spacious. Good choice of bedroom accommodation, mattresses slightly on the soft side however all brand new and comfortable. En-suites and main bathroom all with excellent shower pressure. Smart TVs throughout the property, Wi-Fi was excellent and heating easy to operate through a smart thermostat. Would not hesitate to recommend if you are staying in the area. Great property with great amenities in a great location.

It was stunning. Really spacious and big over two floors. It was lovely and clean and well furnished it has such a nice feel about it. The outside areas were amazing and we were able to sit out on an evening and just enjoy the environment that it was so peaceful and chilled out. I had searched for a long while for somewhere to take my parents away who hadn’t been on holiday for a while and couldn’t believe I landed on this gem. It was fantastically located and close to the promenade. Upon arrival we had been left a basket with basics (coffee, sugar, bread etc) also some treats and essentials in the fridge which was a lovely touch by the owners. I would definitely return and in fact hoping to return next year again as it was such a gorgeous place to stay. We were in love with this property.

About the location

LLANDUDNO

Conwy 4 miles, Colwyn Bay 6 miles, Snowdonia 20 miles.

Llandudno lies between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme and it is these headlands, and the town's two waterfronts, that give this tourist resort its special appeal. The town offers two superb beaches - the North Shore, with its wide promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels and the quieter West Shore with miles of sandy shoreline backed by sand dunes and superb views towards Anglesey. For the best views, however, you can reach the summit of the 679ft Great Orme using either the Great Orme Tramway or by taking an exciting cable car ride of over a mile. The town has an excellent selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés, as well as Venue Cymru, which is North Wales' premier theatrical stage for opera, ballet, musicals, comedy and visiting orchestras, boasting a programme that is second to none - all this is just a stone's throw from the promenade. Just 4 miles away is the town of Conwy - a designated World Heritage Site. A true medieval gem, Conwy is dominated by a splendid castle and completely enclosed by its well-preserved town walls. Discover miles of sandy beaches along the North Wales coast and excellent walking and climbing in the Snowdonia National Park just 20 minutes' drive away - there's plenty to see and do!
