  • "Property was ideally situated."

A really nice quiet area..We had an amazing week considering it was November. Shower was brilliant, there was constant hot water. A couple of niggles, the double bed was a little uncomfortable. The shower area needed a deep clean as there was black mould and we only had 4 towels for 5 of us! I must admit overall it was an amazing holiday. Thank you.

The property

Garreg Wen is a bright and airy bungalow based on a quiet estate in the seaside resort of Criccieth.

Offering modern-style living in a great location, this property is ideal for a family or group of friends.

Upon entering the property, you will find yourself in a hallway, with ample space for hanging up coats and tidying shoes.

Opposite the hall is a clean and tidy kitchen overlooking the back garden, a lovely outlook when preparing those hearty meals for the whole family.

The kitchen area leads into the living/dining room – a great social space to spend the evening, featuring neutral décor with subtle hints of a nautical theme, showcasing art created by the owner themselves.

Patio doors lead out from the living area on to a small patio at the front of the property with bistro table and chairs.

Further along the hallway there are three bright bedrooms; one double, a twin and a single, allowing for flexible sleeping arrangements, followed by a family bathroom, hosting walk-in shower.

At the back of the property is a private garden with table and chairs, perfect for some alfresco dining or a rewarding beverage on return from a walk along the coast.

The bungalow is situated a short distance from the castle, beach and high street of Criccieth.

The town offers plenty of places to visit in the nearby area too, with attractions to suit many different tastes.

Head to the seaside resorts of Pwllheli, Abersoch or Harlech, or why not venture inland to the Snowdonia National Park?

A stay at Garreg Wen offers a wonderful base with plenty of amenities nearby.
