"3rd time we have used Llwyn and would use it again."
Only problem was the kettle was leaking badly but this was replaced within a couple of hours. Very clean and well equipped property.
-
"Absolute delight to stay at this home and absolutely brilliant location - even the train line behind wasn’t an issue and in fact it was a useful resource to have."
A lovely house and well kept and would love to stay again.
-
"Really fabulous property in great location."
Very well equipped with lots of kitchen utensils and crockery, often so few provided you have to put the dishwasher on after just one meal ! Really spacious garden, shame our weather didn’t make the best use of it. Our only comment would be that it would be nice to have 5ft beds in the two doubles as there is plenty of space, but the beds were all comfortable. Both bathrooms worked well and upstairs sitting room also very comfortable. Highly recommend.
-
"A delightful, very spacious and nicely decorated cottage, situated in a quiet location with the High Street and the western beach within easy reach."
Very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Easy parking in front of the house, and the garden offers ample seating and a lawn where children can play.
-
"Lovely holiday cottage."
Very comfortable. Fabulous stay. Hope it will be available to book again next year!
-
"This property has everything a family would need."
There is an unbelievable amount of storage space for whatever you need to take with you. The property is perfect when you arrive, clean, tidy, a home from home. It is close enough to the town centre to walk in. The sea front is also accessible on foot. Even better, Criccieth Castle is visible from the lounge and a bedroom, lit up at night. Better still, you can walk there and really enjoy it.

"Needs a hand rail on steep steps up to seating area ."
Heating comes on when and if it feels like it . Can’t fault cleanliness and other facilities though.
-
"A lovely comfortable house in a quiet location but within easy walking distance of the main shopping street in Criccieth."
We had everything we needed to enjoy our family holiday. The kitchen is well equipped if like us you want to cook a few meals. We would stay again if holidaying in the area Not a complaint but the heating wasn’t as effective as it could be as the radiators appear to need bleeding. Also, there was no key available to lock the outside porch.
-
"Felt uneasy that you shared the key safe code with us weeks before our stay."
We could therefore have visited and entered Llwyn before our stay had we so wished. If you had also provided the next set of visitors with this code, they could have entered the property whilst we were staying there.

"Nice house, lovely views"

"Llwyn is amazing."
The view of Criccieth castle and the sea is beautiful. The house is lovely, comfortable and had everything we needed. We have already booked for 2 weeks again next year. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. 5 stars from us.
-
"Very clean and comfortable house."
Good location for getting around the area and an easy walk into Criccieth. Well equipped kitchen and good bathroom and shower room. The garden looked nice but no opportunity to use in October! Hope to return sometime.

"Overall we had a brilliant stay Property is in a peaceful part of Cricceith ..."
Overall we had a brilliant stay Property is in a peaceful part of Cricceith with outstanding views Very central for everything even without a car and the home has all creature comforts you require Highly recommend Cricceith itself has a good variety of shops and eateries to choose from We enjoyed Prince of Wales pub along high street delicious homecooked food and welcoming atmosphere and also Spice Bank Indian restaurant

"Very comfortable stay with virtually everything you need."
Good position for the sea and shops. We found the basin in the shower room pop-up waste was in need of attention. A grab rail in the walk-in shower would be helpful along with a night light on the landing. A radio in the house would have been good. We survived Storm Agnes with good views of the waves etc.
-
"The accommodation is excellent - very clean, modern, parking for two cars and a beautiful terraced garden to enjoy the sun."
The house is very accessible for walks into Criccieth. Places to visit are only a short drive away and would recommend a visit to Portmerion. We would highly recommend eating at the Poacher, but it is necessary to book as it is very popular and only open 4 evenings a week.

"We’ve loved the location and the property."
Spacious and all equipped as you seen on the photos. It would be great to have parasols in the garden, as it’s full of sun most of the time, which is good, but would like to be able to sit in the shade sometimes. Upstairs mattress are too soft but this is down to personal preference. Overall we had what we needed and were very comfortable.

"The only thing missing from the information we received was directions to the property."
Luckily we googled it and printed a map off. The property was lovely, had everything we needed, also with great views of Criccieth Castle.
-
"Llwyn is a beautiful property in a very good position just off the town and a stones throw from the sea."
The owners have thought of providing everything you will need for your stay, including a starter quantity of tea coffee and milk. Would highly recommend if you intend staying in Criccieth.

"Absolutely brilliant!"
! Llwyn is a beautiful house in a quiet area of Criccieth with lovely views over the sea and towards Criccieth castle. Everything in the listing was totally accurate and the house beautifully clean, very well equipped and well prepared for us. In fact the owners went way above and beyond to make our Christmas stay perfect, with Christmas tree, decorations and lights all set up and lots of other really thoughtful touches. We couldn't fault a thing and would definitely stay again and heartily recommend to others.

"Excellent accommodation, very comfortable, very spacious and very well equipped."
Great location, convenient for town and coast -path. Highly recommendable. One small point, a second set of door keys would be useful.
-

"A beautiful and tastefully appointed property , catering to all needs ."
Furniture , fittings and upholstery were all of good quality. The upstairs sitting room is large , comfortable and has a wonderful view of the Castle on the headland to the left and the sea to the right . The beds were very comfortable and there was ample storage space . The front garden sported a lawn, with seats provided, while the enormous back garden had a large patio , with ample garden furniture . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay ; hope to return ; and I can recommend this property without reservation. Sarah Dawn Parri-Sawdon
