  • "This was our 3rd time to cwm and as always the cottage was outstanding."

Beautifully presented with all the comforts of home and more. Our only disappointment is having to leave. We will 100% be back next year.

  • "Thanks for a super short break and really personal service that gave us the confidence to come down, even with all the thick snow on the ground."

We've been coming to Snowdonia annually for a winter walking weekend since 2008 and this was the first time we all agreed we want to come back to the same accommodation next time.

  • "We loved our stay at CYM it was warm and welcoming we had a fab family Xmas four generations together, plenty of room the pool table went down a treat!"

Very well equipped for making Xmas dinner. Mostly comfortable maybe a couple of mattresses could do with renewals? We had a issue with the satellite tv which the owner dealt with within a couple of hours. Our only problem was the weather it was horrible

Glad that you enjoyed your Christmas at Cwm. We have now replaced the mattresses. Thanks Teleri Property Owner

  • "We could not have been more pleased with our stay at cwm."

The cottage was outstanding and had everything you could possibly need. It was extremely clean and tidy on our arrival and exceeded our expectations. We have stayed in many cottages over the last 25 years but cwm has outshone them all. The welcome pack and flowers were such a lovely touch and the pool table kept all ages entertained during our stay. Thank you so much for letting us experience this wonderful cottage. We will be back.

  • "Very impressed."

Lovely equipped cottage in a stunning location. Very clean and warm. We had a lovely stay and was close to Snowdon. Due to torrential rain we did get stranded in on one of the days as there is a bridge over water which had flooded and we couldn’t get the car out. Luckily we had plenty of food in. It was a lovely break but don’t rely on having a signal on phones, and Wi-Fi was intermittent. Would highly recommend this cottage and location.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback, we are so glad you hear you enjoyed your stay in Cwm. I am sorry to hear that due to the adverse weather conditions there was an issue with the bridge to the property. This is the first time we have heard of this happening. If you have made us aware there was an issue we would have offered assistance, there are 3 emergency numbers in the property and also a landline for customers to use. Due to the rural nature of the property mobile signal can be intermittent inside the house but outside is normally fine. We hope to welcome you again in the future. Property Owner

Plenty of space, with a large kitchen/diner which is fully equipped. Two living/family rooms (both with fire places) and the house is stocked with entertainment in a pool table, table tennis, books and games. We will definitely look to book again!

  • "We had a fantastic holiday despite the weather."

There were only a couple of points. A downstairs loo would be nice but I realise this may cause major disruption. Also, it should be mentioned in the listing that the WiFi is very weak. If anyone needed to do a bit of work, they should be forewarned and they can make their own arrangements. If the signal could be boosted , that would be even better ! I noticed that you acted on any comments made in the visitors book. This was very refreshing. Thank you for helping us have a wonderful holiday.

Thanks for the review. We have now invested in Starlink, which has significantly improved the wifi signal. Teleri Property Owner
