"Staff were polite and friendly."
The inside of the place was clean, but the outside could have done with being swept clean of cobwebs and leaves - it looked like it'd been that way for months. The pool was lovely; however, I didn't like that phones were allowed at the poolside. It said taking photos wasn't allowed, but just about every adult there was on their phone, pointed to the pool, and we were there during family swim - no idea if photos were taken. Additionally, it was advised not to reserve the three heated beds, but people would put towels down and swim, meaning no one else could use them. The lifeguards never said anything and were often away for long periods of time.

"Our booking was for lodge 41 with stairs, on receiving the key we got all our ..."
Our booking was for lodge 41 with stairs, on receiving the key we got all our luggage up there, then on looking around we found that the lodge had not been cleaned the floors had not been swept or mopped dirty and stained the fridge and microwave had not been cleaned, the crockery and utensils was dirty the bedsheets had not been changed windows dirty, we notified the reception and they gave us another lodge this lodge was better but still had to clean the microwave pots and utensils, that staff were lovely and helpful , parking was also a problem as the gym and swimming pool was used by members and vehicle's coming and going were noisy with doors being slammed and they shouting over to other gym members, would be better if gym members were to solely use an overflow car park, all staff were helpful and pleasant, the electric radiators was complicated to work and could not get all to work with it being February it was cold, those radiators that was working was noisy making banging noises

"Great location, size of property and facilities available in the main building."
To improve the experience, some hooks would have been helpful in bedroom and bathroom and a small table in lounge as had to put things on the floor. Cleanliness of lodge could be improved as multiple cobwebs, spiders and dirt on window sill. Children's swimming times are awkward (10-12 and 3-5pm) as both eat into your day. Had to rush back from sight seeing so they could enjoy a swim. Finally, difficult to resolve but quite a few lodges had hot tubs and people were using them late into the evening so was noisy with talking. There was a group of drunk people shouting and screaming which isn't the resorts fault but was frustrating to hear.

"Had a fabulous few days in this lovely lodge."
Spotlessly clean and comfortable. A couple of little things would improve it 1.There is no coffee table to put drinks and snacks on. 2. There were no instructions on the digital heating system so it took a bit of working out to get it right but we did suss it out eventually. Maybe a simple print out of instructions would help? Overall a very positive experience and would thoroughly recommend this lodge. Lovely views over the valley too.

"A lovely property, exactly as described."

"We only slept in no 41 for 1 night as there was an animal living in the roof above our bedroom."
In the morning I checked the back Apex of the roof and found 4 tiles missing. The cabin backed onto trees. The reception staff moved us the next day into cabin 65. Also there was no remote for the tv and no instruction for anything such as heaters
