Lots of little added extras made for a good stay even on the few days of rain that we had, board games and books and toys for the children outside. The little extras for the dogs were well welcomed and even the holiday name tags for them! Brilliant idea. The house was exceptionally clean and well decorated. We would definitely book again. Thankyou!

Beautifully furnished and equipped, comfortable and clean. Our 4 year old granddaughter loved playing on the slide and swing in the garden, plus the excellent playground at the top of the road and the nearby beach, that even she could walk to! Thank you Mor a Mynydd!

  • "This property was excellent, very much “home from home” with a very warm welcome from the owners including a bottle of Prosecco!"

The only comments I can make is the water is extremely hot and a notice saying that would be useful for safety reasons. Also no bath mats, otherwise Fabulous

  • "A fantastic holiday home, so many homely touches but also practical needs for a family trip away like the washer/dryer and tons of space to spread out."

Everything was super clean and well equipped, from the kitchen to the board games in the sideboard. The children loved the extension with the comfortable sofa, TV, and book basket, finding some new favourite reads! The play fort outside was great for wearing off some extra energy. The children have asked if we can live there forever!

  • "We had a brilliant week staying here."

It was a lovely and peaceful location. We enjoyed having a wander at the harbour and we did the circular walk past the sea stacks. There were 6 of us, including 2 year old twins and the house was spacious and had everything we needed. The garden was fun and safe for the little ones. The owners were welcoming and there if we needed anything. Also, very thoughtful with their welcome gifts and little touches in the house. It was a heatwave, so we mainly ended up spending time on some lovely beaches on the peninsula, Anglesey and the odd day in the mountains of Snowdonia, but it was very warm! We would highly recommend this property and area for a family holiday.

We had an amazing time. Kids thoroughly enjoyed making use of the slide and swing in the garden as well as making use of the games and puzzles on the rainy days at the cottage. It was definitely home away from home. Kitchen/utility room was well equipped with everything we could need. Would definitely recommend staying here and I would definitely come back again.

  • "Beautiful house in a lovely quiet area."

House has everything you might need. A spacious private back garden, lovely views of the surrounding mountains and sea views from the house. The House is decorated to an exceptionally high standard and it was spotless when we arrived. Its perfect to use as a base to explore the surrounding area, or simply to relax with plenty of local amenities (including multiple beaches) and plenty of facilities at the house itself to keep everyone entertained. Absolutely no complaints from our stay and would definitely recommend Mor a Mynydd to anyone.

There were some extra touches we appreciated, for example, books to borrow/swap and a welcome basket on arrival. It was a very quiet road and we liked the views back and front. We were there to walk the last 35 miles of the Welsh Camino and it was great to come back to such a comfortable place at the end of the day. We would highly recommend the Fflecsi bus which was available Friday to Monday and picked us up from wherever we wanted. Also the local taxi service was good. We would highly recommend this property to others. pic

  • "This house was just perfect!"

The photos really don’t do justice to the beautiful location and décor of the house, and it really does feel like a home from home! The house was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed and more! With the sandy beach, a playground, and football field a short walking distance away, along with a well-stocked shop, a local pub with a pool table, and being able to visit Bert’s Kitchen, this made a great spot for our family holidays. After fun-filled days, the kids enjoyed the play area in the spacious garden, and we enjoyed cooking BBQs with the equipment provided. There are spectacular views of the Rivals mountains from the front and back of the house. We enjoyed a walk up Tre’r Ceiri, a well-known historical settlement, and the views from the top were breathtaking. We also had the chance to walk a part of the coastal path following a short circuit around the beach. The village is also quite central to many popular attractions in North Wales, making it very convenient for us to explore. On a rainy day, there were plenty of board games provided to keep us occupied - we rarely had time to turn on the tv! We were made to feel very welcome by the owners with great communication from start to end of our stay. All of us were very sad to leave, and we are all definitely looking forward to book again in the near future!
