"A lovely cottage spoiled by the property being a little tired and overdue a revamp with damp patches on the wall on the ground floor bedrooms."
Whilst generally clean, the cooker wasn’t and needed a clean before use. Access is via a gate that is very difficult to double latch and is needed due to farm animals on the lane. Lastly whilst the property is enclosed for pets there is only a gravelled area for exercise.. not too good for elderly dogs. A little more attention to minor but nonetheless holiday making details would make a huge difference.
Thank you for your comments. The issues mentioned are being resolved but as a farm we do need sturdy gates. The cottage was repainted earlier this year. We are happy for the dogs to be exercised in the fields provided they are on a leash due to the sheep. Property Owner
