"I start off by stating, we had a good holiday with Llangollen on our doorstep, and it was a good comfortable base to start from."
We could not park outside of the property, as the spaces were always taken, so parked just down the road, £4 per day, we had to purchase a ticket before 8am to be covered for the day. The doorknob to the property came off in your hand and does not screw back properly into the door. There are two televisions and neither are plugged into the aerial, so no television. We were advised by the tenant to bring our laptop to watch purchased tv apps, as they had a broadband box we could plug into. We have no tv apps. The place was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and a good shower over the bath. The water was hot and the property was a pleasant temperature. The kitchen area had all the things you needed, except the grill did not work in the oven. There was a combi microwave oven grill, which I have never used, so it would have been useful for a manual for me to work the grill. The garden area, was basically, somewhere to keep the bins, not somewhere you would enjoy sitting.

"Warm and welcoming."
Well equipped. Limited channels on TV no BBC. Upstairs bedroom very dark had to buy a side light to read in bed.

"6 of us recently stayed here and we couldn't fault it."
Clean, spacious and very good communication from the owner. The only little gripe was the keysafe, it's not quite big enough which made it a bit difficult to put the keys back in (especially when stood in the rain) we would definitely recommend and we will be booking again.

"Good communication from owner."
Nice tidy accommodation.
We’re so pleased you and your family had a wonderful stay in Llangollen and by the sounds of it made the most of the local activities white water rafting and canoeing. It was a pleasure having you stay and we would be very happy should you ever choose to stay again. Kind regards Rachael Property Owner

"The communication between the property owner and ourselves was fantastic."
The property far exceeded our expectations. It was spotlessly clean and the beds were super comfortable. The property is well situated, meaning a very short walk into Llangollen. We will most definitely be back.
