"Great little cottage ."
Excellent location. Well equipped kitchen. Space is snug but very well thought out for example folding chairs for the dinning room table. Lovely view from the top bedroom window. Stairs to this bedroom are very steep. Could do with a mirror in the upper bedroom and we couldn't find a hairdryer. Long stay car park directly opposite the cottage We would certainly book again.

"Brilliant location, spotlessly clean, lovely fitted kitchen, everything was there."
Great size bedroom and comfortable bed. However, the two sofas in the living room are disgusting. They are both thread bare and should be thrown out. I was unable to get up from either sofa as they are so low. I measured from floor to the base and it was only 8 inches, even with the cushion on top it was no higher than 12 inches or 30cms. My partner had to pull me up every time and if he went out I had to sit on hard wooden chairs. They are the worse sofas ever. The sofas must be replaced with higher seating. We book holiday cottages twice a year and have never experienced such awful soft furniture.

"Everything extremely comfortable."
Double bed very comfy and all facilities as required. Only minor comments is that settee a little uncomfortable otherwise wrll eorth the stay and the money. Location also excellent.
-
"Lovely stay, very clean."
Would be perfect if settees weren't so low and could do with mirrors in bedrooms near to a plug, with table or something to put hairdryer, brushes, makeup etc on. In main bedroom mirror was balanced on a radiator, so mirror would have been fine for a four year old at that height. Top floor bedroom had no mirror so difficult to apply above activities especially when someone else was using bathroom. These are minor points, but would have made our stay perfect!!

"The property was perfect."
Had everything we needed. Very close to all amenities and very quiet. No issues with parking outside the property. Would definitely recommend Whitewater Cottage to anybody and would rebook again in the future

"The house is in a perfect location."
It was spotlessly clean and had everything required for a stay cation. The house was very warm except I would like to mention the radiator was not working in the master bedroom and the bedding not sufficient for the winter months. I also think that blinds required on the back door as when someone in the ally they can see right through the house. I found this quite a concern. However I would stay at the house again.

"Very good location for train and horse drawn boat trips, town centre for shops cafes and restaurants lovely clean and warm cottage a bit small for 5 people as advertised but only 2 of us so was nice, kitchen very well equipped fabulous shower in bathroom, nice big main bedroom with comfy bed personally think it would benefit from having a dressing table with mirror."
I struggled to find somewhere with a mirror and plug socket to dry my hair just a suggestion to make a more comfortable stay As other reviews have said loft stairs VERY steep but we didn't need to use them but something to consider if you have small children in your group Parking on the street a bit hit and miss as stated in description usually spaces after 5.30 but car park just on other side of wall £3.50 all day and can be seen from bedroom so wasn't really an issue. Overall a very pleasant stay in a lovely village and would definitely use again for just the 2 or 3 of us but not sure we would use when we have both our grandchildren with us due to the loft stairs.

Great location
-
"A lovely cottage, wonderful location, everything we needed and the most comfortable beds."
-
"The house was fantastic, perfect location and fully equipped with everything we needed and more!"
My only comment would be the stairs into the bedroom, whilst I understand you can’t do much about them, it would be worth mentioning they are steep within the description, just to prepare people particularly if they have young children.

"Lovely place to stay!"
Really central to Llangollen. Didn’t bother us but loft stairs maybe a bit steep for some! Would highly recommend!
-
"Lovely comfortable cottage in convenient location."
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

All the facilities you need also.

"Very clean and well equipped holiday cottage, it was great being in the centre of Llangollen."
The view from the bedroom was lovely, overlooking the castle, river and the railway. Would recommend this property.

"Great cottage."
Spotlessly clean. Excellent location on quiet street but central with everything you needed (shops, restaurants, pubs) just a few minutes walk away. The only thing this property lacks is a garden but everything else is spot on.

"A beautiful and well equipped cottage in the centre of Llangollen which is itself a picturesque town with a steam railway station and river path walks."
Upon leaving we all said that we want to go back to this cottage in particular and have every intention of doing so next year.
-
"The owners were very communicative and a very slight problem was solved immediately."
I would whole-heartedly recommend this cottage, it was well placed, very pleasant. we loved the TV channels available. Everything had been thought of.

"We stopped in Whitewater Cottage for 3 nights as a mini dog holiday in Llangollen and everything about the cottage was perfect!"
The Cottage - the cottage felt like it had just been renovated with brand new carpets throughout, new modern appliances and a loft conversion. The kitchen had everything you would need to be fully self catering it even had a small dish washer! The lounge was cosy with two couches and with a TV which had netflix which was handy as the pubs were closing at 10pm due to coronavirus rules. The bedroom was large and the shower was amazing. The Location - the cottage is set right in the centre of the picturesque Llangollen. Amazing scenery wherever you look, the town is surrounded by mountains, features a river thats flows through the centre and even boasts a canal you can walk down. We will definitely be going back, we did three decent size hikes while we were there but it just feels like there has been so much more we haven't seen yet.

"Lovely comfy cottage."
Immaculately clean. Well resourced. Excellent location, a stone’s throw from the beautiful River Dee. Will definitely come again.
-
"Well equipped accommodation."
Close to town centre. Very clean and comfortable.
-
"Lovely central location on a quiet street."
Parking was not a problem and the accommodation was fresh and comfortable. Only criticism we had was that it got cold on a couple of evenings and it was not obvious how to operate the heating system as there was no consumer controls / thermostat. Boiler pressure was low which I had to top up before turning the heating on at the boiler.

"First let of a renovated property and Ed went out of his way to help inuding getting a small worktop freezer."
Space for 4 bikes in the alleyway shared with neighbours, as long as handlebars twisted sideways. Nice having a smart TV. Parking within 25m of the hose was never a problem. Thanks Ed, for a great holiday.
