"We have just returned from a fantastic week, staying in this beautiful house as our base."
Extremely well placed for many of the attractions that North Wales has to offer, this house is so warm, comfortable and well equipped. Amazing sea views and a fabulous garden. We were a party of three generations and the house is so spacious that we could enjoy different activities at the same time. Loved the comfy beds, white fluffy towels and the Aga. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home.I would highly recommend this property and would love to return next year.

"Great property, with all amenities and many more than we expected."
... Comfy beds, most fluffiest towels, piano kept the children amused during our downtime, together with the multitude of games available for all to use. The gardens were well kept Great area for touring the north Wales coast too Have already recommended to family and friends

"The house was overpriced for its dated condition."
A lot of carpet stains and in need of decoration. The garden not maintained at all - dangerous patio slabs and steps. We were charged for a broken tap we reported to the owner. Taps don’t just break when you turn them on. £250 just taken out of my bank account by Sykes. The tap was old and needed replacing. If you go here you need to take your own towels and bedding as we were charged for the laundry bill when it stated they were provided. The view from the house was beautiful.

Perfect location, plenty to do, garden was gorgeous.

"Just spent a week in this large comfortable house with stunning views as far as Anglesey and Puffin Island."
Amenities (Spar, Co-op and pub) are within easy walking distance if you don’t mind a few very steep hills. Well equipped home with plenty of room for our party of five including parking. Loved the Aga and open fire, both of which were used a lot during our stay. Anne, the owner contacted us on our first day and left a well received welcome pack. I wouldn’t hesitate to return as there’s so much to see and do within easy reach of the house, both by car and on foot, when we could tear ourselves away from the mesmerising view.

PENMAENMAWR
Conwy 5 miles.
Nestled on the North Wales coast between Llanfairfechan and Conwy, Penmaenmawr is an old quarrying town now adapted into a delightful community stretching along this stunning coastline, yet retaining much of its Victorian architecture, with many local pubs, restaurants and shops, a superb golf course and golden, sandy beaches. Set on the side of the Tal-Y-Fan mountain, many parts of Penmaenmawr and its sister village Dwygyfylchi enjoy stunning views across Conwy Bay to Llandudno, Puffin Island, Anglesey and the Irish Sea, and if you are lucky, dolphins and seals can sometimes been see playing in the bay. A recently opened cycle path leads along the coastal path to Conwy Marina to the East, and Llanfairfechan to the west. Or, head up the Conwy valley through the Sychnant Pass on to the mountain trails that abound there. The sailing club in Penmaenmawr is well established and welcomes day guests, as does the 9 hole golf course, set amongst stunning coastal scenery on the lower slopes of the village. On the promenade you will find numerous activities such as a skate park, a children's paddling pool as well as a beach cafe which is open most of the year. There are also beach huts on the promemade that you can hire by the day. Also near to the beach is a bowling green and all weather tennis courts.
