  • "We had a great week ."

The forge is a little gem, the decor is very stylish . The back patio is a sun trap and it’s very nice to have the hot tub to relax in . One thing that I would say is could you put a mirror on the wall in the back bedroom? We would hope to return at some point in the future .

  • "A very well presented cottage, with every requisite for a comfortable holiday."

The location is excellent for all parts of the Island, and the hot-tub a real bonus after a hard day's holidaying! mark L. (Merseyside).

  • "The check-in and check-out times seem to be at the furthest extremes of what is acceptable."

Our check-in time was changed to 5 pm, which we were disappointed with as we had some logistics to take care of at the cottage before we could buy groceries. All in all, it meant that we ate dinner at about 9pm and felt that we missed out on our first afternoon/evening in the cottage. Similarly, a check out time of 10am is quite early and caused a morning rush to get up and packed, and then do the necessary stripping of beds and gathering of towels as required.

  • "Firstly well done to the owners, the Forge is absolutely lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

The cottage was spotlessly clean and very well appointed with everything we needed for a weeks stay. Everything about the cottage was just lovely, bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, lounge and hot tub were perfect. The Forge is certainly deserving of it's five star rating and we will definitely be booking again. G Lowe

  • "Thank you for a wonderful property."

A great location to explore Anglesey and beyond and with everything that we needed. Thanks for also being available with regards to our mild TV issue. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Forge and any of your other beautiful buildings on the site.
