  The property is so well presented, spotlessly clean and warm. The welcome pack is amazing, so generous, along with all the other thoughtful little touches - chocolates, special treats for our dog, Christmas tree ...the list really does go on. We had such a lovely week, plenty of walks with this lovely home to come back to relax in the evenings is so nice. Conwy is a lovely town with lots to see and do close at hand, local dog friendly beaches, beautiful scenery, and of course further afield if you wish. A drive to park your car. And the walk into town through the park is lovely. We recommend 4 bryn seiri to everyone it really is a home from home. And we will be visiting twice a year for a long time to come.

  It is just a short walk away from beautiful Conwy harbour and town of which the views are stunning. Bryn Seri holiday home was spotlessly clean with top quality very comfortable beds ⭐️ The lounge furniture was very comfortable too, with a beautiful fully equipped kitchen and a delightful dining area ⭐️⭐️⭐️ There was full operating instructions for everything plus lots more. There was great storage in bedrooms and full length wardrobe mirrors in master bedroom. The bathroom had an excellent shower and nice deep bath. Who needs a walk in shower when everything in the holiday home is geared to welcome you in every way and provide ultimate home from home comfort ⭐️⭐️⭐️ There was a very generous welcome pack of good quality food products and on top of this the owners had left all kind of condiments etc so there was no rushing out to have to buy anything I simply cannot praise it any more We use holiday cottages about 4 times a year as we like to go to different places and this is one of the best equipped, spotless clean extremely comfortable holiday homes we have stayed in. There was even a blanket and treats left for our ldoggie and a secure garden.   It was so comfortable and had absolutely everything you could need. It was very clean, good cooker, garden is totally dog secure and parking space was great .It was only about 10 minutes walk into Conwy and a choice of places close by so you don’t have to travel far to find things to do. • "What an amazing cottage!"

  !! The owners have thought of absolutely everything, and the welcome pack was the best we have ever had by some way. The weather was very variable, but it didn't stop us exploring North Wales and Anglesey, enjoying lots of National Trust and CADW properties over the week. Plas Mawr in Conwy is really worth a visit with an excellent Audio commentary. We finished off with a trip to Chester Zoo which was enjoyable, and rounded off a lovely week. We will definitely be back.

  Such a warm welcome on entering the property, the welcome pack left by Diane was truly amazing!!!-so generous, thoughtful and kind, even a welcome basket for the dogs with homemade biscuits , bowls, and even blankets! The owners really do go above and beyond to ensure that you feel welcome and comfortable. The house is lovely, warm and cozy , beautifully furnished and decorated ,with a lovely well equipped kitchen with everything you could need. The garden has lots of seating and would be lovely to use in warmer weather, but was still a pleasure as it is really secure to let the dogs out into. All in all, a very high standard property. Conwy is a beautiful town with lots of lovely surrounding areas. Many many thanks to Diane and Steve for making our holiday so pleasurable with all the thoughtful touches, we do hope to return !xxx

  We came here for a birthday celebration and Diane, the owner, went the extra mile by decorating the room with balloons and banners. The welcome pack was spectacular and generous and even the dogs were catered for with homemade biscuits. The house is warm and comfortable with a very secure garden for the dogs. Location is excellent being quiet but only a ten minute walk from the castle and town. We are regular visitors to Conwy and this will definitely be the house we return to from now on . Highly recommended.

  As a massive Floyd fan it certainly raised a smile when the first thing I pulled from the pack was a bottle of the Purple Moose Brewery‘s Dark Side of the Moose! There’s also an excellent chippy nearby.

  It is very clean and lacks nothing at all. The location is brilliant, quiet yet just a 10 min walk which 99% of the way is flat meaning little legs don't even complain! There really is so much to do in North Wales for a family. We enjoyed it so much that whilst we were there we booked for next year!! The extras that the hosts provided were way above what we expected and as mentioned we can not fault the cottage. On our recommendation two of our neighbors are looking to book it after our feedback!   The enclosed garden is ideal as we have 2 dogs so they could wander out through the patio doors and were very safe and secure. The welcome pack was very generous and everything you could need was provided. The location is excellent for a short walk into Conwy and plenty of places to visit within an easy drive away.   It is very central for exploring the surrounding area, Conwy town is only a 10 mins walk away from the house and is really worth the time to have a look around we,loved L's coffee & Bookshop on the High Street ,and a bonus for us Dog Friendly .being able to walk round the town walls was another treat some great views and whats more Free & no need to Book in advance,Also nearby are Llandudno with its lovely Prom & Pier plus the Great Orme, great views from the top on a clear day. All in all this area has lots to offer with the added benifit you don't have to drive far ,Who Needs To Go Abroad!!

  Spotlessly clean and really comfortable. It has everything you could possibly need for a great family holiday, we all loved the garden! The house is just a 10 minute walk from town, which is gorgeous and there is plenty to do and see. Just over the bridge you have Llandudno which is a proper little sea side town. We also drove to the top of great Orme, which on a clear day is an absolute must. After thinking we may have to cancel the holiday due to the pandemic, I’m so glad we didn’t! We all had a great time. Just what we needed!
