  • "Excellent cottage in ideal location."

Only 2 minute walk to beach and bar. Trearddur Bay is a beautiful place.

  • "The property had everything that we needed (although we couldn't find the instruction folder for all of the utilities that is normally with the welcome pack) The property is in a great location and with a bit of TLC on the outside I would give it 5 stars."

  • "Beautiful property in a wonderful setting."

One of the best for comfort and equipment I have visited and hope very much to return.

  • "Excellent cottage in a lovely location."

It was clean, well equipped and comfortable. However the location of Treaddur bay did not suit us as it was very difficult to find gluten free food for our celiac. However the beach was good and the sea clear. A long walk to the shops and the beach if you go the road way however there is a shortcut that luckily we were told about.

  • "Excellent bungalow in good setting."

Only thing wrong was mirror in ensuite was too high and you would need to be 6ft4 to use it. Would happily go again.

  • "We again stayed here for our 2024 holiday but were slightly disappointed to see that the furniture and furnishings were looking a bit tired this year."

The leather sofas were absolutely filthy and in need of repair (or a deep clean) as the leather on one was flaking off and we had to cover them in order to sit on them. The sofas were a struggle to get up from as they were low slung for our elderly parents. A couple of the towels were frayed. Again there were no instructions on how to work equipment and the back yard was covered in weeds. We could have done with a patio umbrella. That said we loved our stay again as had great weather. The bungalow is in a great position and location and is well equipped , save for the comments above. We are thinking of booking again in 2025 but this is reliant on the health of our parents.

  • "This house was a little gem of a find!"

The location was perfect and it was home from home. It was spacious for us as a family of 6 adults and 2 babies. We were welcomed with a lovely bottle of fizz! My only very minor criticism was there were only 3 wine glasses and 3 flutes which for a family of 6 adults was a little disappointing. This however would not stop me from hopefully staying there again and definitely recommending this beautiful house to anyone wanting to stay in Trearddur Bay! Thank you and hope to stay here again soon

  • "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would seriously consider booking again."

The only criticism was the TV which to begin with we found hard to locate a live channel but became easier during our stay. The property was clean and welcoming and very close to all amenities, but at the same time in a quiet location, which suited us perfectly. We have given 5 stars which it thoroughly deserved.

  • "Beautiful place."

Lovely and clean on arrival. Perfect location. We would defiantly stay again. Garden very secure for the dogs. Could do with a few more cooking items o my as my partner enjoys baking. Scales, baking trays and pans. Very nice welcome pack. 2-3 mins maximum to the beach and pubs. Chipped the best I’ve ever had. Some out side lights and down lights in the kitchen and that’s being picky but in the winter would help. We had a visit from a beautiful big badger on the lawn. Tv needs an Ariel struggled abit with it being winter for things to watch. Thank you for letting us take an extra dog.

  • "Fantastic stay."

Lovely property and location. A blown bulb tripped the electrics (pretty standard) but Emma was fantastic in resolving the issue straight away. Lovely to deal with, hope to return.

  • "Had a lovely week staying at your property weather was wonderful."

Property was just as described, spacious, clean and comfortable. Back garden was secure for our dog so no need to worry there. The beach was an easy walking distance over the field. Our dog loved her morning walks and paddles. Plenty of places to visit in the area. Would definitely stay here again and recommend. Thanks It would be great if the downlighting worked in the kitchen and leave some instructions for the appliances.

  • "Lovely, clean bungalow with plenty of space for our party of 5 and 2 dogs."

Well equipped property and close to the beach. We could have benefited from instructions on how to use the tv… we couldn’t get “live tv” so any programmes we watched were on catch up. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend Haul a Gwynt to friends

  • "Fabulous location at Haul Y Gwynt just minutes from the beach and walks for the dog."

The bungalow was ideal for my in-laws and the property was very well equipped although instructions on how to operate the electrical items would be very useful. Took us an hour to hunt down the Wi-Fi password etc. The lights beneath kitchen wall cupboards did not work and neither did the outside patio light. My father in-law found the beds very uncomfortable as they were too low etc and so had to sleep on the couch. A grab rail for the bath would also be useful for disabled inclusion as I myself slipped getting into the bath as there was no shower mat. Might be useful to know this for future semi-disabled persons plus a seat in the hall would also be useful to sit to put on shoes. However we made the best of the fabulously hot weather but could have done with patio parasol/umbrella. We loved the house and it’s location so much that we have already booked for next year!

  • "Being a party of 3 ladies, to discover that one of the bedrooms didn't have a wardrobe was not good."

A sun umbrella would have been nice especially with the hot weather we had as it was impossible to sit in the garden in the afternoon. It would also have been good to have a key to open the doors in the front conservatory. Other than the above points we were pleased with the quality of the bungalow.
