• "Lovely clean, well-equipped cottage in quiet close tucked away from the road, yet only a few minutes walk to the beach and our favourite restaurants."

  We’ve stayed at Corvette before, and also stayed in this area many times as it is easy to get around the island from here, and has the convenience of supermarkets just minutes away to stock up on provisions! The owner clearly takes a pride in her property and also leaves you a nice little basket of goodies. Thank you, Dawn, for everything, - and I’ve posted back the spare key we inadvertently brought home with us!

• "We had a lovely staff, the cottage was spotlessly clean."

  Everything you could need to make your stay a good one. The welcome pack was fantastic! Close to the beach and amenities. Personally I have never slept better anywhere else I have ever stayed. Would highly recommend and already looking at booking for next year.

• "We had a lovely time in the cottage, only downside was being woken before 6am most days by the family nextdoor."

• "We’ve recently come back from a stay at Corvette, lovely property, very comfortable, fully equipped with what you need however feel as though the cleanliness needs a bit more attention to details (Skirting boards) other than that house is very clean."

  Only down fall is the neighbours aren’t very friendly, we received a note off neighbor as we didn’t realize we was parking in wrong space, we felt as though we was being watched by them and stared at a lot.

  Sadly we were expecting some less than positive feedback from you. When you booked Corvette you will have known that it is marketed as pet free. This is very important to our business as we have several returning guests on that basis due to allergies. During your stay you were contacted twice by Sykes after a neighbour became aware that you had brought a dog to the property. Your dog was resident over several days and despite your denials, photographs were requested by Sykes and were provided. They know that we don’t allow pets due to allergies and that it could affect our business and our other guests. Thankfully this situation has never arisen before. We are sorry you felt the need to be critical about the cleanliness but we are confident that every inch of the property including skirting boards were cleaned as I clean it myself and not a cleaning company. Our previous feedback scores show that we have achieved very high standards in cleanliness over the past 14 years. Property Owner

• "We weren't sure we would be going after my Wife Pat had a serious accident,and needed a wheelchair at times."

  But glad we went to Corvette. Cottage Beds very comfortable,all facilities very good, cottage very clean, parking very good, thanks for welcoming pack .One .minor thing would have liked a shelf in shower for shampoo ,soap etc. Easy to get to beach,shops,restraunts Bars Great Holiday Pat and Dave

• "This was a lovely property."

  Position was ideal for beach and all local amenities. We had everything we needed. The welcome pack was extremely generous and very much appreciated as was the 2 pints of milk in the fridge.The house was extremely clean and well decorated.The garden was well maintained.The information booklet was very useful.Thank you for sharing your home with us we couldn't fault it in any way.

• "Lovely property."

  Close enough to walk to treaddur bay. Close to beaches. Outside seating both sides of property so always able to sit outside in the sunshine. Welcome pack was great. Bed so comfy. Kitchen and bathroom very clean. highly recommend

• "I would highly recommend this property for a fabulous holiday."

  It is scrupulously clean, with not a trace of dust anywhere. It is well appointed with everything you might need. The rooms are comfortable and clean. It is less than 5 minutes walk from the fabulous beach, but is in a quiet area so no noise. It has a large fenced in garden area for children to safely play. There is also a generous welcome pack on arrival. Overall, a lovely relaxing place to holiday.

• "A lovely, comfortable & clean cottage close to the beach at Trearddur Bay."

  Welcome pack that Dawn provided was appreciated -thank you. The location of the property was brilliant for travelling to other resorts on the west side of Anglesey. Had some lovely sunny weather whiilst we stayed at the cottage that made the week more enjoyable.

• "Have stayed at this property several times."

  It is always cleaned to a high standard, very comfortable and homely. Location is so handy for the beautiful beach and very nice eating out places. The local Spar shop is handy and a 5 minute drive will take you to the larger supermarkets.

• "Hello…while Corvette was very comfortable and stylish and had five bed spaces ,we found the dining /kitchen very tiny and there were not even five chairs for people to sit at the dining table."

  Although we booked as a couple we had g/children staying in the village and could not seat them for a meal. Cooking was difficult as was access to the fridge. I need a Coeliac diet so cooked everything in the house and did not eat at the local pubs. I can understand why you try to get as many as poss into places but this was very tight. Nevertheless it was very convenient for the beach and local facilities so I am sorry to complain.

  Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback; however, I do wish to address the poor score you gave for the accuracy of the listing of the property. The property is advertised that it sleeps five; however, in the very first line of the description it says that there are two double bedrooms and one of which has a double and a “shorty” bed. This is to provide flexibility for families staying at Corvette. The size of the “shorty” bed is also provided. Within the advertisement for Corvette the photographs clearly show the layout and the size of the kitchen and dining area. Corvette is priced as a sleeps four accommodation and always achieves very high scores. I hope enjoyed visiting Anglesey. Regards Dawn Property Owner

  Beds were really comfortable, and everything you could need was provided. The welcome pack was very much appreciated. Beach was only a short walk away and plenty of dining options within a short walk. The only negative was that we had to leave.

• "A lovely cottage."

  The owner has provided all that you need. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely outside spaces. So near to beach but in a quiet location. Comfortable beds and nice crisp bedding. In addition we love Trearddur Bay as a base, so many fab restaurants and beaches

• "This is a wonderful holiday home in a peaceful part of Trearrdur but still within walking distance of the beach, restaurants etc."

  We visit Anglesey regularly but this was the best trip we've had, and the house was a large part of that.

• "My only concern was the inability to open the bedroom windows in both bedrooms."

  In the event of a fire downstairs there would be no escape from the bedrooms.

• "The bed is pretty small, I'm 6'1" and struggled to fit in even diagonally."

  I also think that the host ridiculously raised the prices for the Easter weekend as the size of the property does not warrant the cost. It is not tiny but it is not big enough to justify the amount I paid.

  Thank you for your feedback and you can see this wonderful property always has glowing reviews. The two double beds are a standard size and the pricing is set by Sykes. I can see that your booking dates were made crossing over a two week booking period and therefore charged accordingly in the peak period. The price is clearly quoted before you book and if you have any query our Reservation team are available to help 7 days a week. Property Owner

• "Gorgeous location, so very peaceful, yet so close to lots of fun things to do."

  The cottage was wonderful, very clean, very comfortable, decorated beautifully, had everything you could possibly need whilst staying there and had lovely finishing touches such as a welcome pack of tea/coffee/sugar/milk/biscuits/wine. We are just trying to figure out dates to return as we were that impressed! We have been coming to Trearddur Bay for many years as it is just so beautiful but we are now thrilled to have found somewhere to stay for longer than a few nights! Thank you!

• "The owner Dawn was very friendly and her cottage is simply a fantastic base for your holiday."

  We felt relaxed as soon as we entered the property and the welcome pack was gratefully recieved and a really nice touch. Plenty of walks in the rate, a must is the south stack lighthouse. It's a good walk so maybe not for young ones.. You will not be disappointed with the beautiful cottage, and the whole process from the syart was easy ans stress free.
