  • "It said in the inventory that there was a dishwasher but there wasn’t or a coffee machine but this didn’t spoil our stay there."

  • "Compared to all the accommodation we have stayed in in the north Wales region over the past 20 years, Sea le Vie overall is way of the scale and cannot be compared, absolutely amazing."

My wife is disabled ( wheelchair bound) and for her it was perfect in accessibility, moving around, ( very spacious) comfortable, and relaxing. The property was as clean as a show house, if not more. For me, being ex military, I felt great peace. The property it's self, the structure, the fixtures and fittings as well as the furnishings, where of the highest top quality and made the stay absolutely amazing. I will be, without the slightest doubt, be recommending a stay here to carers centres and disabled organisations and of course be rebooking for next year, there are really no words to describe this property, as well as the owners, who were quick to respond to any enquiry. And I whole heartedly, on behalf of my wife and I, to thank them for allowing us to stay there, many many thanks.

  • "Beautiful bungalow and very well equipped!"

Loved it! Extremely clean, great décor, modern with lots of home comforts! Outdoor space lovely! Excellent location, close to the beach in Kinmel Bay and ASDA. Great host, available if needed and prompt reply to any queries! Only thing missing was a grab rail in the shower and the host is now looking into this for the future. Would definitely book again and highly recommend!

  • "We had a lovely stay at Sea La Vie."

It had everything we needed. including lots of space for my grandson to play on his V.R. without bumping into things. Lots of room for everone to sit together in the evening to watch a film. easy acess to places, very close to the Asda store for any thing you may need. When we go back to North Wales as we do most years,I would look to see if Sea La Vie is avalilable.

  • "The property is lovely with everything thing you need for a self catering holiday."

I would advise visitors to fully check for any damage as soon as they arrive and forward information to the owner . I would advise the owner to place a notice in the kitchen about recycling. We did read through the information and followed the advice for recycling to be put out on Monday. However we couldn’t recycle anything until after collection . The bins were rammed with empty wine and beer bottles and other rubbish.I’m not sure that the recycling advice was fully followed. We had a lovely stay but this was tinged with disappointment at being told we were being held responsible for damage that had been hidden.

  • "Property is lovely inside and decorated nicely."

However, I would like to bring the following things to your attention: Instructions for things in the cottage were extremely difficult to follow (for the oven for example) and some instructions (speakers) just did not work. When we got to the cottage, the code had been changed and we couldn't get in. I had to ring Sykes. Not the best start to your holiday. The actual front door of this property does not lock. The porch does, but it's made of glass and I did not feel fully safe. I did report this but was told the property was secure. Various things on the outside of the cottage need maintenance. The guttering was not in a good state of repair and rain dropped on to the windowsill all night when it rained. This was noisy. (I have video you can see). I told the owner and got a response that it would be looked at then nothing more. This prevented me from sleeping on many nights. Also there was a constant creaking noise, which turned out to be the back door. I had to push stones against it to try to prevent it from moving. The bins were all very full and the rubbish bin was very smelly. (I do have pictures if you'd like to see). Again, I did tell the owner and she said they would be emptied after we'd left
