  • "On arrival we were informed the shower lacked pressure."

A plumber came next day to fix the problem. Impressive!! Position of property is ideal, being close to all amenties and the wonderful prom. Would certainly recommend and will, hopefully, return

  • "Flat was well positioned with good local amenities."

Think it should be made clear that there is a young male tenant in a flat above you who is very noisy late at night & having visitors late at night. We wrongly assumed we were to be the only occupants above the shop but this is not the case. My wife & I struggled to get any sleep & because of this left the property after 4 nights of a 7 night stay. Let the Owners know about this & were informed by owner that the young man denied any wrongdoing & stated that he was suffering from Covid 19, this again was no consolation as the Guy was frequently leaving his apartment there touching door handles which my Wife & I would have to touch, again if we had known this tenant had Covid 19 we would not have even stayed at the property.

Hi, we're really sorry you had to leave early. It was not the apartment above that was making noise - it was an elderly woman staying in the property next door. Unfortunately, she had nothing to do with us. We understand she was deaf, so had you spoken to us, we could have contacted the owner of the next door property to sort this out. We don't know anything about a conversation about COVID with the tenant of another property. What we do remember saying is that if you had any issues you could phone us and we would sort them out for you. You didn't contact us until after you had left, so there was unfortunately nothing we could do to solve the problem. We usually have excellent feedback and are sorry if our property didn't meet your requirements. Property Owner

  • "The accommodation felt uncared for and not up to the standard we are used to."

The location was great but the apartment disappointing. We felt that it was over-priced at £939.00.
