The property

This is a spacious semi-detached bungalow, situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac in a slightly elevated position, just a short walk from the seaside village of Deganwy with its marina and railway station.

With a small selection of independent shops and various places to eat, and Llandudno and Conwy just a couple of miles away, this cottage is a perfect base for families or friends looking to make the most of the stunning North Wales coastline.

This delightful bungalow is deceptive in its appearance and offers spacious accommodation once inside.

Underfloor heating to most of the downstairs ensures a warm and welcoming ambience from the moment you arrive, and helps maintain an even temperature throughout.

The inviting and airy sitting room has the welcome addition of a cosy electric coal-effect fire, making it a lovely place to relax in after a day’s exploring, sit back and watch a film together or plan the next day’s activities.Prepare wonderful family meals in the modern and well-equipped kitchen, which provides everything you may need, extending into a TV room with more comfy seating and patio doors leading to an enclosed block paved patio area, a perfect place to relax with a morning cup of coffee. This space is a great area for socialising and entertaining, or on a warm summer’s evening throw open the patio doors and dine alfresco.

All of the three bedrooms are on the ground floor, a king-size double which benefits from en-suite facilities, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom, each room is individually styled and decorated and very well appointed.

Outside, in addition to the rear courtyard there is plenty of parking and a front open plan garden area which is well tended and laid to lawn.

This cottage provides the perfect base as families and friends will be spoilt for choice with the fabulous array of things to do and see in the immediate area and slightly further afield.

Where you’ll be staying

DEGANWY

Conwy 2 miles; Llandudno 3.5 miles.

The town of Deganwy, on the banks of the River Conwy at the mouth of the Estuary, is a very popular holiday destination. Deganwy has a marina, a small selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, and retains the ruins of Deganwy Castle, built in 1082 but later demolished. There is an abundance of activities to suit all interests on offer in this area; from sea fishing, walking and climbing in the Snowdonia range to enjoying the castles, mines, beaches and gardens of this beautiful stretch of the North Wales Coast. Deganwy is only a few miles from the holiday resorts of Conwy and Llandudno; Conwy boasts a medieval castle, town walls and a marina, plus winding streets which offer something for shoppers and diners alike. Llandudno was very popular during the Victorian era, and this is evident in the architecture and the very impressive promenade. The town also has a pier with family attractions, a theatre and for the more adventurous, a dry ski slope! Between Deganwy, Llandudno and Conwy, this area has so much to offer the entire family.
