• "We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Tyn Celyn."

  The apartment is spotless, comfortable, well equipped and maintained and in a perfect location- just on the edge of town surrounded by lovely houses and shops, Carmens mini market is a delight! Its an easy walk into town along the seafront and Llandudno is a lovely place, wide streets with beautiful buildings and everything catered for! We enjoyed a fabulous fireworks display on the beach, the cable car up the Great Orme and loved Conwy. The owners are lovely, very helpful and friendly and Ty Celyn is a credit to them. We'd definitely love to stay again.

• "We enjoyed our stay at Tyn Celyn and were pleased to find milk and wine waiting for us!"

  It was exceptionally clean and spacious and close to the sea front and shops but quite a walk into the centre of Llandudno which we didn’t mind. We found the television controls really confusing, having to “sign in” as a guest, then finding the channels you wanted to view! Also not a fan of the plants some very large in almost all the rooms! The biggest one in the double bedroom taking lots of space and no bedside table at that side. Having said that we enjoyed our holiday and Llandudno is very beautiful!

I am sorry to hear that you are not a fan of houseplants… I have them to liven up the place and feel they have added benefits in improving the air quality. Perhaps the one in the bedroom has outgrown its space … and may replace it with a smaller plant . I’am sorry that you were not able to get on with the TV controls … At most times I am available to help out as I’m pretty local .. Property Owner

• "We had such a lovely week at this beautiful flat, celebrating a big birthday."

  It was well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Off road parking is a bonus, but we found it easier to park on road. It was in a great location for our young family- our kids (age 5 and 8) especially enjoyed the open air paddling pool which was less than 5 minute walk away. We also enjoyed days out at Greenwood theme park, Gypsy Wood and the crazy golf at Rhos on Sea. It's about 20-25 minute walk in to Llandudno, but it's a lovely walk along the front. We also enjoyed lots of lovely meals in the area, especially Dylan's, Johnny Dough's, Blue Elephant and chippy on the front from Chish and Fips, which is close by. Overall it is a great flat in a fabulous spot. We would love to return!

• "Just stayed 3 nights at this accommodation."

  Great location for the sea, on a quiet road. Apartment is fully equipped, host provided a welcome gift of wine, milk, tea and coffee. Also she checked in with us, that everything was fine. Only wished the table and chairs were slightly higher, as they seemed low. I would definitely stay at this apartment again without any hesitation.

• "Sent to Sykes, 21/4/24 Some comments (mostly complimentary) about our stay in this lovely, well located flat."

  It was a nice welcome to have a pint of milk, some tea and soap waiting for us plus a good bottle of wine. The quality of the rooms & furnishings were the right standard for the price charged. However some things which will be useful for the owners to address : Some instructions (manual) as usual in other holiday accommodations, of how to use the heating (especially as the night temperatures were very low) -local health facilities (minor injuries, Pharmacy etc) - Where bins are kept The toilet brush needs replacing The plants in main bedroom and kitchen are deteriorating and are hosting many little flies. If the doors would shut properly it would help keep the temperature comfortable 2nd bedside table in main bedroom. Mr & Mrs Halden

• "Excellent first floor flat that was clean and had all the basic essentials."

  The flat is well located and within easy reach of local shops and only a 20 minute walk to the main town and sea front. The off road parking is convenient and in a very quiet area. We met the owner who was very friendly and helped with any initial queries that we had. We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We would hope to visit and and would certainly recommend the flat as an excellent place to stay when visiting Llandudno. My only observation was that if you turn the wrong way when visiting the bathroom from the bedroom you would fall down the stairs which would result in serious injury. I would a safety gate at the top of the stairs. Also the TV operation takes some getting used to. Nevertheless a very nice place to stay.

Although there has been no mention or concerns regarding the stairs in any of the past guests feedback… I will take note and provide a safety gate upon request. • "We had an enjoyable stay at Tyn Celyn."

  Extremely spacious with everything you would need during your stay. Comfy bed and well equipped kitchen. The location was ideal - we didn’t use the car while there. Only a few minutes walk down to to the seafront or along to the town. The town has a good selection of independent shops, as well as most of the out of town staples on the shopping complex which is very near the flat. We did a trip on the train to Blaenau Ffestiniog, stopping off at Betws-y-Coed en route. We would happily return.

  Bav was so accommodating to us, she made sure we felt at ease even with bringing children that were at times really loud but she was fine with it and reassured us and was so understanding. Would love to come back, we hd such an amazing time. Beautiful apartment!

• "My wife and I have just spent a week in this great property."

  It is in relatively quiet area of Llandudno and yet within easy reach of the town and many places of interest. The property itself is very spacious and well maintained. It has everything provided that you would need to have a relaxing time. The owner is a lovely lady who was able to offer suggestions of where to eat etc Would love to come back in the future. • "Our stay at Tyn Celyn was perfect."

  The apartment is beautifully furnished, very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The kitchen was very well equipped too and the shower room was fab. Quite simply, everything had been thought of by the lovely Bav who was warm and welcoming. The icing on the cake was that it is in a very quiet area and it was lovely to take advantage of being able to sit outside and relax. Would certainly recommend. Five Stars Bav, thank you.

• "This property is situated in a quiet residential area close to the sea front, and within walking distance of the town centre."
