• "Thank you for such a lovely space."

  With plenty of room for the 10 of us we were able to spend time together in the lounge chatting and watching tv answell ans eat at the tables provided. We were two families of children over 12 and grandparents from Australia, Cheshire and Manchester. The galley kitchen, not pictured in the listing is a great size and has all the things you need and plenty of crockery if you are eating there. E isn’t use the hob or oven but they were decent size. The utility/conservatory was a bonus with washing machine dryer and dishwasher. Easily able to fry things on the provided maiden in this weather. Space outside the back was a sun trap in the afternoon just great for a glass of wine and a chatter. Showers were fab and heating worked well for the evening. Brilliant space would recommend. Only downsides were some beds were uncomfortable which led to restless sleep. This could be rectified by a thick mattress cover. Pillows weren’t great either just thin and well used and duvets are quite old and “flat”. But again nothing that couldn’t be rectified easily and were sufficient for the weekend. Many thanks.

• "This is a great property in a fantastic location on a relatively quiet street."

  ..and ideal for 12 members of my family....The Kitchen is a squeeze but clean and had everything you need. I would suggest that the host lists things like, air fryer, slow cooker as we brought ours not knowing what to expect. That said, we would definitely stay at Lisboa again....

• "The location was great and the house clean and generally well equipped."

  However, the kitchen was marginal for the size of the party of just 10 adults. The kitchen was small and cooking facilities just about ok for our party provided that all the facilities are operational. Unfortunately two rings on the hotplate failed early in the week leaving only 2 operational. We have to accept that getting it repaired just before Christmas was difficult, but feel that there needs to be some backup plan. A thank you for our understanding was all that was offered which while welcome didn’t make cooking for the rest of the week easy.

The fault developed on the Hob was identified as an error by the electrician when it was fitted as part of the new kitchen. This has since been rectified. The fully functioning kitchen has 2 fully functional full-size ovens, a hob, an air fryer and a vegetable steamer to enhance our guests options when catering for up to 16 people. I would really appreciate your view on what else we could have in the kitchen as back up. As this fault occurred over the Christmas period an immediate fix was extremely difficult but an electrician attend the house on boxing day and the manufacturer of the hob sent out an engineer. • "Great house in a good location for the seafront and shops."

  House was well decorated and plenty of room. We found everything was fine but as four couples one fussy person in the group was over critical of minor stuff. I would have no problem recommending the house to anyone with a large family or group of friends who are looking to visit Llandudno.

• "The space and location was perfect for our group of two families."

  The bathrooms were great with powerful hot showers despite the number of us using them. The outdoor seating area was nice but the outdoor rug maybe not practical with dog visitors. Our only negatives: Some of the beds were very poor quality, the double bed on the top floor you could see the springs never mind feel them ! The blinds in the bedroom let all the light in making for a poor nights sleep. Please consider some curtains or better blinds. Overall a great stay we would consider staying again.

• "The house was lovely and in a perfect position in Llandudno."

  It was well equipped for all 16 of us. The children (5,5,3 and 2) enjoyed the jigsaws provided and playing in general. The adults enjoyed the opportunity to relax and be together. The hosts provided fresh flowers and a welcome pack of goodies for which we thank them. The only downside was that, although the family rooms were great for our party, the oldest couple were left with the bunk bed room - not perfect.

• "We had a brilliant stay here as a group of 11 golfers, plenty of room for all of us, good showers and a great touch to include a welcome pack with biscuits, bread, butter etc Plenty of parking around outside and on nearby streets even on a busy weekend given the warm weather!"

  Would happily return, only suggestion would be to get blackout blinds if possible!

• "We had a lovely stay at Lisboa."

  The house was perfect, very clean and comfortable in a central but quiet position in central Llandudno. The kitchen was really well equipped and there were nice touches such as fresh flowers and a helpful welcome pack. Would definitely stay again if back in Llandudno, and recommend the house to others.

• "Nice big property with everything as it should be."

  Plenty of bathrooms all with good showers. Bedding, towels etc all of good standard. Living room particularly good for relaxing as a large group. Appreciated owner helping me with an early check in to facilitate a work call which allowed me to travel at a less busy time of day - these things really help. Llandudno a lovely town and property perfectly located to walk from easily.

• "Lisboa is a lovely house with plenty of room for a large group."

  It has everything needed for a very comfortable stay. The dining/sitting area is perfect for a group to spend time in. The location is excellent as it is about a 10 minute walk from the beach, pier and shops - short enough even for little legs. We like it here so much this was our 4th time here.

• "We really enjoyed our stay, the house is well equipped and is a great location for the town centre and the promenade."

  We would definitely stay there again. There were just a few minor things, ground floor bedroom radiator didn’t get warm, the tumble dryer didn’t rotate so could not use it. My sister in law said their shower in the first floor en suite needed attention also.

• "Spacious, welcoming and very clean accommodation."

  There were lots of thoughtful touches to add to our comfort and a very generous welcome pack with something for everyone in our group. The fresh flowers were a lovely touch! We were a little apprehensive about the parking situation but it proved not to be an issue at all. Being set slightly back off the front meant that the location was very quiet but also within easy reach of all the main attractions the area had to offer. We had an excellent family break and would happily book Lisboa again.

• "Fantastic house in a fantastic location 0nly 5 mins walk to Mostyn Street, The Promenade and only 8 mins walk to West beach."

The house was extremely clean and tidy and in particular the bedding smelt amazing which added to us having great nights sleep. We would highly recommend this accommodation and would definitely book again :)

• "A lovely property in a great location, we couldn’t have asked for a better space to celebrate our friend’s birthday!"

  Well equipped, comfortable and as 12 women travelling together, we really appreciated the number of bathrooms and never felt as though we were waiting in line, or falling over each other to get ready. Highly recommended and wouldn’t hesitate to book again when we next visit Llandudno!

• "Very comfortable property."

  Ideal for our family of 13. Only thing that let us down was the kitchen which is quite dated compared to the rest of the house which was pretty and well decorated. We did notice that photos of all other rooms were in the property images, just not the kitchen - so seems a little misguided. Would have appreciated photos of the kitchen to be included albeit it’s need for a spruce up as it would have been less of a let-down

• "Thank you for lovely home to home stay, wonderful local goody share basket for us all on arrival even treats for the kids & dogs."

  Very spacious, generally clean. Only thing was WiFi was hit & miss struggled watch film through, but this may of been because lots children on there personal electricals too. But not effected our stay! Was wonderful, and a first time for all my family to be altogether too.

  We were a party of 9 adults plus 5 young children and 2 dogs and the house worked wonderfully for our family celebratory weekend. The location is great, very close to town centre, pier and West Shore. The sunny spring weather was an added bonus! • "Wonderful property."

  .only minor issues more mirrors in bedrooms..plus a shelf in bathrooms..and chest of drawers in main onsuite bedroom would be good as little wardrobe space ..we used small single bed as wardrobe ...but overall an amazing property near to all attractions just loved the cleanliness..and space if offered dog too what more can you ask four ....I would give 5 stars only little tweet needed

• "We enjoyed staying at the property."

  It had everything we needed and we could quickly walk to many places (the beach, town centre & Great Orme). On arrival there were some essentials waiting for us and also Easter eggs. When we booked the property we were concerned about parking (we were three families with three cars), but each time were able to find somewhere either on the street or just around the corner. One member of the party left an item behind and the owner was very helpful in finding it and posting it. Highly recommended!

• "The house furnishings and storage are at best adequate."

  If there were 16 people in the house (which is the number of beds) it would be unacceptably crowded. The cutlery was minimal. The parking outside the house was easier than expected.

• "Very conveniently located, (although parking is tight!"

  ), close to promenade and beach on either side of the road. The house itself was beautifully kept, clean and fragrant, spacious with all amenities, with enough space for all in our party. The kids enjoyed the games in the late evenings (with apologies to the nieghbours!). Throughly recommend and love to return.

• "We booked this cottage as a first for us and we had 16 of us staying."

  We expected a lot from the apartment but when we got there it was even better than expected. The place was amazingly clean, had all the facilities and more. All appliances worked, were modern and even had TV's in every room. The service from the sales team was good and really cannot fault any part of the service or stay. We even booked a direct supermarket delivery, but had we known this was also not required as they left us a welcome package of all the essentials. Thank you for making the stay great and we will certainly look to book with you again and maybe even at the same place.
