Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Hosts , John and Nicola were extremely welcoming , friendly and helpful .
Lovely touches like home-made cake, prosecco, milk and fresh flowers awaiting us on arrival.
Lots to see and do in the local area.

"Lovely apartment, all on the ground floor, fully equipped with all one could need."
Oven simple to operate, two miles from Criccieth where there are shops, eating places and a healthy walk by the sea. We enjoyed amazing weather which was the icing on the cake. The hosts were on site, made us very welcome. Probably one of the best accommodation we have had and we have been to many. We'll done and highly recommended!!

A real bonus was the home made “Bara Brith” provided by the owners and the bottle of Prosecco which made us feel very welcome. The property is well equipped and presented in a beautiful area ideal for exploring the surrounding countryside. John and Nicola were the perfect host's; nothing too much trouble. The hot tub in a small enclosed area is ideal to wind down in the evening. The welcome pack again was just right; tea,coffee,milk,cake and WINE.

The cottage is fitted to the highest standard with all creature comforts included to make it a stay away that feels like home from home. The hot tub is a real bonus; perfect for starlit nights to end a day exploring the local area. Nicola and John are welcoming hosts, providing friendly advice if needed. The cottage is perfectly situated in the quiet village of Llanystumdwy, away from the hustle and bustle, and within walking distance of the beach, coastal path and Criccieth. The kitchen is well equipped, and the bed is super comfy. Highly recommended.

A lovely warm welcome from Nicola and John along with the complimentary bottle of Prosecco, homemade fruit cake and the makings for coffee,tea and milk.
The hot tub is a big bonus, which I must admit we used every day.
The area is delightful with many surrounding areas to visit. If you want a visit to North Wales I definitely recommend you book into this cottage.

"An amazing find, situated in a quiet village and well within reach of some of the areas main attractions and beauty spots."
The property itself has everything equipped for two people stay very comfortably without the need to bring any utensils. We were very surprised to find everything we needed and more. The bed is extremely comfortable as is the amazing sofa which we spent the evenings relaxing on after time in the hot tub!
I cannot recommend this as a place to stay enough and hope others enjoy their stay as much as we did.

It was honestly the best cottage for a couple looking for a relaxing getaway. The area was perfect the coast of Wales was literally 2 mins down the road. The hot tub was amazing the Mrs and I spent so much time in there. Nicola was so lovely and welcoming she was only a text away whenever we needed her.

Nicola & John was so welcoming & friendly but not intrusive during our stay. The cottage is immaculate & well equipped. The hot tub was fantastic & we have lost count regarding the amount of prosecco quaffed in there. We booked for 5 nights but could of easily stopped for 10.
We went here to celebrate our 5th Wedding Anivesary & Nicola & John made it extra special with bottles of prosecco & a card.
Well done Nicola & John you have it spot on.

Very warm welcome from Nicola & John, which included Prosecco & delicious bara brith fruit cake and they gave very helpful advice on the local area and eating places. The accommodation was exceptionally clean and well equipped, very comfortable and the rear garden with the hot tub was private and got the sun from early morning to late afternoon. The hot tub was drained, cleaned and refilled between bookings and John tested the water in the hot tub on a daily basis. Overall very high standard of accommodation and we will certainly return and recommend to friends and family.

We stayed for 2 nights but wished we had booked longer. The hosts John and Nicola were fantastic, we couldn't ask for a warmer welcome. The cottage was spotless, have no complaints at all regarding this house. The hot tub was amazing!! Location was perfect for us as we wanted a peaceful weekend but its only a few miles from Criccieth and Pwllheli for days out etc. We will be booking another stay very soon.

The hosts could not be more nice and accommodating! The cottage is clean and cosy, close to amenities but quiet and one of the beaches is only a walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend, and will definitely be back again as soon as we can!
