  • "This is an amazing property - very comfortable, extremely clean, and equipped with everything that is needed."

It's set in a beautiful location and within easy travel distance of lots of amazing places in north Wales. Karen made me and my little dog feel very welcome. I don't normally return to the same place as there are so many places I haven't visited yet, but I am seriously considering returning to this one. My friend who joined me for a couple of days is encouraging all her family to visit! Thanks Karen for providing such a beautiful property, presented to such a high standard. I've booked several properties through Sykes but this one outshines them all!

  • "Cosy, clean and well equipped cottage."

We had everything we needed. Both sofas are super comfy. Stunning views from the bedroom window. Great location to explore North Wales - Bodnant Gardens, Fairy Falls Waterfall, Gwrych Castle, Rhos-on-Sea beach (all dog friendly), also not far from Zip World Velocity. We really enjoyed our stay. Karen, thank you for welcome pack and having us

Therefore I have unsubscribed from these. For this reason we have only given a 4 on the chance of recommending this company. However the cottage was one of the best we have been too
