  • "Lovely property, all the family enjoyed their stay."

  • "Everything was well thought of ."

And we were very comfortable it had a homely feeling as soon as you entered . And very calming . Spotlessly clean . Thanx to cleaning facilities. Very spacious . All holiday essentials were supplied . With the exception of towels which we were informed about. And so this wasn’t a problem for us . We would definitely recommend this accommodation as it’s the best we have been to over the many years of holidays we have had . And can’t thank the owners enough.

We thank you for your kind comments and hope that you will return again Property Owner

  • "Fabulous spacious house both inside and outside had everything we needed and only a small walkable distance into the centre of Abersoch."

We will be looking to book Hagen Bach again next year.

We are pleased that you enjoyed your short stay with us, and are naturally delighted to receive such kind comments. We look forward to seeing you again. Property Owner

  • "Excellent property."

Everything you need and would stay there again no problem. Only down side was the front down stairs bedroom was very cold as no sun ever gets to it as a result of the balcony above. Was a portable heater available.

Thank you for your feedback we are pleased that you found everything you needed and generally liked our property. We do in fact provide portable radiators in both ground floor bedrooms. However, in order to avoid any clutter, - for they are quite large - we normally leave them in the wardrobe. We are very sorry that you did not see them and hope that you will visit again. • "Had a fantastic week in a lovely house in a very convenient location."

Worked well for two sets of Grandparents with two Grandchildren apiece. Aged 2, 3, 4 & 5. The house was well equipped for us and more than met our needs.

  • "House was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and very well equipped, and so handy for the village and beach, etc."

The garden was much nicer than the photos suggest so you may wish to update the photo? The fridge was also quite small for a house that accommodates 8, can we suggest a bigger fridge and a smaller freezer. The BBQ needed thoroughly cleaning before we could use it too, probably needs checking after each guests. All in all, however, we had a lovely week in this quiet and very convenient location, and would definitely recommend this house to others, thankyou.

Thanks for your helpful comments regarding the photos, we will certainly do this. Regarding the BBQ, we request that all guests thoroughly clean it after use, but unfortunately it does not always happen. If the problem persists then we will, unfortunately, have to make the BBQ unavailable for guests. Property Owner

About the location

ABERSOCH

Pwllheli 6 miles.

The attractive harbour village of Abersoch is situated on the Llyn Peninsula in a region of Wales renowned for its outstanding scenery and varied walking. The village, situated between two glorious bays, is one of the most popular sailing venues in North Wales and important sailing regattas are held there throughout the summer months. Numerous shops cater for the tourist as well as pubs, restaurants and cafes. There are also opportunities for golfers as there is a course just outside the village and horse riding facilities are also available nearby. Watersports enthusiasts are also well catered for, particularly windsurfing, water skiing and dinghy sailing, not to mention renowned surfing at Port Neigwl (Hell’s Mouth). The long, sandy Abersoch Main Beach is probably the most popular beach in the area. There is a wonderful selection of beaches in the surrounding area of the Llyn Peninsula, including the beautiful and often quiet Porth Ceriad, with it's high cliffs, and sandy Porth Oer ("Whistling Sands"). Most of the coastline is owned by the National Trust and there are many remote bays, sandy beaches and cliffs, as well as wildlife havens like Bardsey Island to explore.
