  • "The only reason I have set the accuracy was poor, was because there was lots of things there that wasn't listed."

There was a Nespresso machine, and I was gutted I didn't bring my pods with me, we brought hairdryers and irons and they were there too. Great house to stay in, we went for 3 days of golf and it was absolutely fantastic 10/10 but please just update the amenities as you offer a lot more than you are taking credit for

  • "Bodfan is a lovely home from home with everything we needed for a friends and family weekend away in the fantastic Morfa Nefyn."

It was a little cold on arrival and we were unable to operate the heating but that was quickly resolved. I’m sure we’ll be back!

Thank you so much for your lovely feedback! You were the perfect guests and we look forward to welcoming you back to Bodfan again soon. Property Owner

  • "House was very spacious but living room was quite small."

We enjoyed the surrounding, village was lovely friendly people. We were contacted the day we arrived to say the dishwasher was broken and they would contact us ASAP when they could send someone out to fix it, we didn't hear from them again, it's no fun washing up after 13 people whilst on your holiday

  • "Wonderful place to stay for large, mixed age family group."

Everywhere was spotless and all that was needed was provided. Dishwasher was slightly awkward to use but that wasn’t really a problem. Very comfortable and enjoyable break. 1 guest had accidentally left a laptop, in process of arranging and paying for that to be returned. Thank-you for your help with that

  • "Lovely property in great location We had fantastic weather!"

And the beach is so close The facilities are good could improve by having a bathroom on the top floor and better blinds or curtains in some of the bedrooms it was so light at 5am! Outdoors needs maintenance and a freshen up but overall good

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay! We would love to have you stay at Bodfan agin next year with its new outdoor area! Property Owner

  • "We loved the space and size of the kitchen/ dining room and bedrooms and outside space."

There were plenty of glasses and crockery which is really important. It would easily be 5 stars if towels were provided and just a few little things that make a big difference, like handsoap in the kitchen, kitchen roll and a cloth, a few more sharp knives, garlic crusher, cheese grater and clothes airer. We found an extension lead for the master bedroom bedside lamp. It would be better to have another bedside table instead of the sofa in there. Some of the cooking pans and trays were not very clean. The top shelf in the dishwasher was not secure. We needed help with the wi-Fi at one point and didn’t hear back from the company after requesting help - sorted ourselves though. These are all small things and wouldn’t stop us from booking again. Fantastic venue for our big family

Hi Sarah! Thank you so much for your feedback, we’ve taken it on board and added more hand soap, kitchen roll, steak knives and a garlic crusher :) there is an airer available in one of the bedrooms and a cheese grater-sorry you missed these! We have passed the cleaning comments on and will make sure this doesn’t happen again :) We would love to have you back and thank you for taking the time to comment! We value all feedback to make us better hosts! Thank you and come back soon! Xx Property Owner
