This two-bedroom lodge sits within the owner’s field in Cilan Uchaf, a few miles from Abersoch.

Boasting stunning views towards Porth Ceriad and Harlech in the distance, The Caravan – Cilan is a wonderful escape for a family of six looking to spend some time along this fabulous stretch of North Wales coastline.

After a day on the beach, look forward to kicking back in the open-plan living space and sinking into the corner sofa, serviced by a wall-mounted Smart TV and a gas fire for those chillier evenings.

Cross the threshold into the kitchen where the designated chef can conjure up a hearty feast, equipped with all the essentials for a short-break, whilst the rest of the group set the dining table.

Afterwards, head out to the enclosed decking and savour the last of the evening sun as you marvel at the sea views.

When it comes to catching your rest, the bedrooms include a double and two twins, serviced by a shower room.

Within three miles you can access to four beaches, with the closest being Traeth Porth Ceiriad, a superb hidden gem with a mix of sand and shingle, accessed via the coastal path.

ABERSOCH

Pwllheli 6 miles.

The attractive harbour village of Abersoch is situated on the Llyn Peninsula in a region of Wales renowned for its outstanding scenery and varied walking. The village, situated between two glorious bays, is one of the most popular sailing venues in North Wales and important sailing regattas are held there throughout the summer months. Numerous shops cater for the tourist as well as pubs, restaurants and cafes. There are also opportunities for golfers as there is a course just outside the village and horse riding facilities are also available nearby. Watersports enthusiasts are also well catered for, particularly windsurfing, water skiing and dinghy sailing, not to mention renowned surfing at Port Neigwl (Hell’s Mouth). The long, sandy Abersoch Main Beach is probably the most popular beach in the area. There is a wonderful selection of beaches in the surrounding area of the Llyn Peninsula, including the beautiful and often quiet Porth Ceriad, with it's high cliffs, and sandy Porth Oer ("Whistling Sands"). Most of the coastline is owned by the National Trust and there are many remote bays, sandy beaches and cliffs, as well as wildlife havens like Bardsey Island to explore.
