"If you are contemplating a stay here…stop right now and just book it already!"
See views, hot tub, gorgeous decor and a stunning seven acre garden what more could you wish for? We stayed here as a family of 6 (all adults) with two large labradors and we had the BEST time!! Fron Olau is a true cottage escape and we couldn’t recommend it enough!!
Thank you! Fron Olau is such a special place, we’re so pleased you had a great time. Property Owner

"Such a beautiful property, the views are incredible."
The garden has been so well cared and is clearly the result of a lot of hard work by Gillian and Jeremy. Our preschooler had a great time exploring. The kitchen is very well equipped and the hot tub an added bonus. Our third year in the area and our favourite property yet. We will definitely return.
Thank you, we’re glad you and your family enjoyed your stay. Property Owner

"Beautifully renovated cottage with incredible views."
It was truly a magical experience staying here. This was the first time back on the Llyn Peninsula in 21 years so we wanted to make it special and staying here it really was.
Thank you! We are so happy that you had such a memorable and happy time whilst staying at Fron Olau. Lets hope it doesn’t take you another 21 years to visit us and the Llyn peninsula again! Property Owner

"Well there is certainly a welcome in this Welsh hillside!"
What a wonderful cottage, a real home from home, equipped to a very high standard with everything you need and more. The owners have not skimped in providing all you need for a restful break. Even toys and treats for your four-legged friend are provided, along with a comfy bed and blanket, they even provide a cover if you have forgotten yours to allow for your furry friend to snooze on the sofa with you. The hot tub is superb and towels for this specific use are provided. The views are amazing and provide a perfect backdrop to a relaxing dip in the tub. Now the final track that leads to the cottage is narrow but if I can negotiate it in my SUV then anyone can...just be careful. All in all, probably the best cottage we have even stayed in..
Thank you for your lovely review. We try very hard to provide our guests ( human or canine) with everything they need to enable them to have a wonderful experience. Fron Olau is a truly special place, we are so pleased you all enjoyed staying there as much as we do. Property Owner

A very well appointed holiday home with the feel of an upmarket boutique hotel. Everything you could think of is provided and with the numerous seating areas you can’t fail to appreciate the stunning views and relax or just sink into the hot tub and chill. We’d definitely recommend Fron Olau and the Llyn Peninsula! .

Luckily it is with amazing views, exceptional quality fittings, a top of the range kitchen, a lovely garden, helpful and responsive openers and even a fun wood fired hot tub. Recommended.

"We were highly impressed with the cottage, notably the well executed mix of modern conveniences and a traditional feel, the perfect blend of luxury and character."
It came very well equipped with everything you could need for cooking, cleaning, etc. Our son loved the the toys and exploring the lush garden. The welcome goodies including chocolate and fizz were a nice touch. The location is close to the village so near to amenities, but is up on the hillside offering plenty of privacy. The driveway is narrow so care is required, but it’s well worth the effort though as you’ll be rewarded with the most gorgeous views and a little slice of heaven. The icing on the cake was watching the sunset over the Irish Sea while enjoying a beverage in the hot tub. We book cottages fairly often and we can easily say this is one of the, if not the best one we’ve stayed in to date! We’ve taken with us the best memories and would mostly definitely considering returning.
Thank you for your amazing review. We are thrilled that you and your family enjoyed your stay on the Llyn and loved the cottage as much as we do! We would be very happy to welcome you back to Fron Olau. Best wishes Gillian and Jeremy. Property Owner

Fron Olau is a lovingly renovated Traditional Welsh Long Cottage featuring the most amazing panoramic views, situated in an elevated position overlooking Nefyn/Morfa Nefyn/Porthdinllaen.
The views and sunsets witnessed from From Olau need to be witnessed first-hand to be truly appreciated – not only do you have uninterrupted sea and mountain views but you can clearly see the Isle of Anglesey and in certain weather conditions the Wicklow Mountains in Ireland are a stunning backdrop.
The owners have put their heart and soul into sympathetically transforming Fron Olau into a luxury tranquil paradise for guests, whilst retaining the original character - perfect for guests who truly want to experience the magic only the Llyn Peninsula can offer – Fron Olau is truly a unique property with parts of the cottage dating back to circa 18th Century – interestingly, the original cottage once had a traditional thatched roof.
Fron Olau is a true gem situated on the gorgeous Llyn Peninsula with beaches less than 5-minute’s drive and access to the Coastal Path literally from the front door.
Situated in approximately 8-acres of grounds, guests are encouraged to explore “The Dell” – a relaxing garden space with a vast array of rare flowers – the Orchids are especially beautiful, and there is a large wildflower Meadow which is a joy to behold in summer months.
Within a few minute’s drive, you have a choice of Blue Flag Award Beaches, the spectacular Nefyn Golf Course, horse riding, windsurfing, paddle boarding and the World-famous Ty Coch Inn – voted as one of the top 10 Beach Bars in the world.
Once you’ve done with a day’s exploring, return to spend your evenings outdoors, where you can dine alfresco and enjoy an indulgent soak in your own private wood fired hot tub.
Once guests experience a stay at Fron Olau, no other holiday cottage will come close and guests lucky enough to stay here will undoubtedly return year after year.
