  • "Absolutely loved our stay at this property."

    Visited places that were not too far from the property and also enjoyed the quietness of where we stayed. A great place to unwind, relax and the owner was really friendly and helpful about the local area. Weather was good. Thankyou for a lovely stay. We will definitely be returning. Sue, Bruno and Keith

  • "This holiday cottage is superb and overall very comfortable with lots of information on things to do in the area."

    It is located in quiet surroundings with spectacular views of Snowdonia. There is a private area at the rear of the cottage for the dogs to go outside. The only thing I would have liked was a more comfortable sofa to relax on at the end of the day walking but that is personal choice. Aside from that the place is immaculate and the bed is massive and super comfortable, we loved it so much we have booked a return trip. Karen the owner is very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Five stars *****

  • "Dairy cottage was the best equipped for essentials I've ever stayed in."

    (we've stayed in many cottages) Little extras like milk, tea bags dog treats, kitchen roll, toilet roll and cling film etc were great. The information folders were fabulous, so much in them that was helpful, also lots of routes for walkers. The cottage is well maintained comfortable and cosy. Parking outside the door in a courtyard and a private courtyard at back secure for dogs and children. Its a 7 min drive to Llanrwst were you can get most things. 15mins to Betswy coed. Its a good starting point for touring North Wales. We had a great time despite the awful weather.

    The cottage itself had everything we needed for our family break and we found it a great location to base our activities from. Will certainly look to stay here again on our next visit to Wales :)

    Would be nice if the check in is earlier than 4pm and update with TV too small for the room; extra towels, otherwise everything else was good;

  • "Great little cottage with everything you need."

    Bright & airy and clean & tidy. Beds must have been comfy because we slept well every night which is a rarity. The owner lives next door and was there to meet us, she was friendly and helpful with all the information she provided in the cottage regarding local amenities and attractions. Cute little ponies out back and a super view. Central point to many tourist attractions, only 20 mins to Bodnant Gardens and 30 mins to Conwy Castle. Would definitely recommend and stay again in the future.

  • "Being so high in Wales comes with some weather drawbacks wind and Mizzly conditions."

    No facilities nearby but we knew that . Ideal for accessing outdoor activities walking and biking.Being almost eighty we did find the cottage cold as the windows were not shut tight so we did have to put the heating on in the evenings which wasnt a problem but we didnt expect to be doing that in July..

  • "Very clean and tidy cottage in a good location."

    Agreed with the other comments. The cottage was spotless. It was in a sort of courtyard with two other cottages, the owners house and a static caravan. It didn't feel particularly crowded or hemmed in. It was at the end of a "no through road" so it was a quiet location - you do need a car to get around. That said, it was within easy reach of Llanrwst, Betws-y-Coed to the south and Bodnant & Conwy to the north. Broadband/wifi was a little slow by town centre standards but was reliable. The owner Karen was very helpful.

  • "Our holiday cottage was spotlessly clean and well equipped."

    The owner was on site if we had any issues - which we did not. Although it was June Karen was thoughtful and had turned the heating on before we arrived - it was a particularly cold weekend that we visited! There was lots of information about activities to do in the local area. An OS map was available for us to borrow throughout our stay. There were copies of walks and cycle rides printed out that we could take away as well as additional walking route books. Recommendations on where to eat locally. A board for the small complex had monthly events which Karen keeps up to date. The cottage and Karen's service exceeded our expectations. We hope to return again.
